Foam bandage for small wounds works great
I got this for my friend who has a bed sore from sitting in a wheelchair so much. It fits well on the back of her leg and stays in place. The adhesive sticks, but removes easily with no residue. She is allergic to a lot of bandage glues and so far there is no problem with this. Recommend.

These small foam pads cover better than a bandaide. They adhere well and are waterproof.

Covers your needs
These silicon bandages are perfect. They're a little pricey but I think for what you get it's worth it. No issues with causing skin tears or irritation. Durability is good and stays on for days in between cleanings.

Good but too expensive for longitude
Too expensive to use due to the long healing process. Wounds can take 1 to 2 months to heal.
