As you can see in the picture, it came packaged well and even has a travel case. Seems like nice, heavy duty material. The knee massager is great for heat and compression. Really relaxed my husband's knee and made it easier to move. I tried to use it but could not get it to fit right as it is not made for thicker thighs.

First and foremost I have no dislikes of this item. Had I known there was something on the market like this to help with my knee pain I would have been bought one. The heat and the massage is phenomenal and really does help relieve the pain in my knees. Now we have two and so far no problems and no dislikes on this item.

I like the product for its ease of use and easy to understand instructions. The only issue I could actually say I have with it is that it’s best to have someone else put it on for you. Other than that it’s an excellent product that I would definitely purchase again if needed.

Useless. Does not fit. It doesn't target the knee area, just around the knee. Heat does not heat up enough to feel anything. I tried to return it and due to the unwritten policy but couldn't.
