FSC Starflower oil has made a massive difference to my PMT. I have been taking if because a friend of mine mentioned it helps and told me to gets the 1000mg of oil. I have been taking it now for 8 weeks and seriously ladies I have been like a new women I only wish I knew about the benefits of Starflower earlier. I will be stocking up on this product again. The delivery arrived on time and the product is of great quality.

Have used starflower oil for many years and these seemed good value. Quite large but easy to swallow. I’ve always suffered with breast pain and I’ve found starflower oil the best at controlling it and these have worked quickly. Good value and will continue to purchase.

So, I am almost 50 and I just started having the mother of all hot flushes. Literally sweat pouring off me onto my clothing. It has been quite humiliating as I never knew when these hot flushes would arrive. I started taking these, one a day. I missed a couple of days in between, but as soon as I started taking them regularly again, these sweat episodes have all but disappeared. I am not even waking up drenched in sweat anymore. Just seems too obvious to be a coincidence. It just makes me wonder why on earth we used to take prescribed pills when there are these other remedies. Would be interested to know if there are any side effects of taking these capsules long-term.I am delighted.

I've had ongoing problems for the past few year. I'm 27 so I'd assume it's unrelated to menopause. I've also been advised. It's non cyclical as it occurs randomly. I get combination sharp and blunt pain that travels under my armpit and sometimes down my arms. It's very distressing and worrying. I've had breast cancer tragedy in my family. GP assures me it's not but I can't help but wonder. There's never any clear explanation.I always seems to get relief when I take Starflower oil or sometimes I'll choose Evening Primrose oil. It's non prescription medication but it works well. The results aren't instant but I find after a week of usage, I start to feel better. Higher Nature is a reputable company. I trust their products and believe I'm getting what I'm paying for. I could go cheaper for unbranded but I'd rather not risk quality for an issue of such concern to me.Highly recommended. Long expiry date and sealed.

Got these a few days ago on offer. You only need one a day which I like. No bad smell or aftertaste. Would repurchase again.

I really wasn't sure that taking this product would make much of a difference, but I'm willing to try most things (!!) so gave them a go. Over a month in and I've noticed that the dry and sensitive skin on my hands and wrists brought on by a mild allergy to cleaning products is no longer noticeable or sore. My sleep pattern has improved too, and I'm able to get to sleep more easily and wake up more refreshed. I can't be 100% sure these effects are due to this product, but it's the only thing I've changed recently.

Bought this to help with hot flushes. It did not if anything it made them worse. Multiple flushes during the day wake up every hour through the night sweating crazy. Since stopping theses I am sleeping through the night and have gone back to my regular supplements of D3, Zinc, Magnesium and high Vit C. May work for some menopausal women but just not me think it threw my body out of its natural process but was easy to get rebalanced in a few days. Only one hot flush in the morning now and that's it. Will stick with what is working for me, but doesn't mean this product is bad just not needed for me.
