Exactly as required for daughters school lessons

This book is intended for the Bass clarinet but is equally useful for the standard Bb instrument and is remarkable value for money. It comes with 2 DVDs which have 187 solo and group tunes plus accompaniments which can be read from the screen or from the book and the tempo can be set at anything you desire or are capable of playing!! This is definately the way to learn the clarinet. It also shows the optimum key positions. There is also a selection of Duets and Trios,it also shows fingerings and some tunes have piano accompaniments, the volume of the accs and metronome can be individually set.

The book was bought for my daughter and these are her comments: Good progression at steady pace . Fairly easy to understand. Worth noting that it uses American terminology such as half notes and quarter notes instead of quavers and semi quavers which may confuse beginners.
