I’m a retired nurse, and I’m pretty impressed with the kit and its contents. Everything is labeled, making it easy for the average person to find things. It’s compact, making it easy to pack without taking up too much space. The quality seems good.The kit provides an assortment of sterile pads, 3 in each size. All the antiseptics don’t expire till 2.5 years!! It has a quick first aid reference guide too.

This is a very economical first aid kit that gives you a great place to start. Like all kits, it may be missing certain items but it has all the basics you need . I would highly recommend this kit.

Good kit for car, and the bag is particularly handy. This does NOT come with any medications; I added a medications refill kit (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2YBN6JH), and also supplemented with packets of triple antibiotic, burn cream, cortisone, and some other things. I took out the safety pins and whistle . . . .

As a soccer coach yes it has too much stuff but as a mom it’s perfect so I take it with me everywhere . Quality of the pouch it comes in is a really good material.
