I’ve been using the Bodyprox Groin Support Bandage (Adjustable) and it’s genuinely one of the better supports I’ve tried for hip and groin pain. I'm not going say a miracle cure, but this piece of kit has made such a difference to my everyday pain diminneh by 80%,,i put some ibropenh gel on, put the support on & good to go.

I gives me quick relief from pain in my groin, and is great 👍 for when I play golf ⛳️, and also I get relief from my hip, great value for the money also it does not slip down

The strap is well made and fairly comfortable to wear, but I found it a bit difficult to get it in the right place and fasten the Velcro. I have very slim legs so the Velcro attachment points were around the back of my leg. It is not a fault in the strap, it’s just tricky with skinny legs. I bought it for sciatica and it made a small difference immediately, so I’m hoping it works long term.

I want to start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews however this device changed my life. As someone who periodically deals with sciatic (lower back pain that runs down my left leg) this device saved me from 3-4 months worth of pain and grief. Just to give you some context - I pulled my sciatic when I was younger about 15 years ago. It has been something that I’ve dealt with on and off ever since, however anyone with sciatic knows one wrong move, and you can have a flair up that literally will last 3-4 months. Long story short I was squatting and of course had a flair up to the point I couldn’t bend over to put my socks on. I purchased this device on a whim, and I was blown away how quickly I was able correct it. I personally would run it UNDERNEATH my boxers, wear it all day, and even slept with it on. The key is to try and get it as TIGHT as possible. Within 5 days I was able to take it off and be back In the gym. Pretty remarkable considering this has been the fastest turn around I’ve ever had due to this nagging injury that comes and goes. Highly recommend it is a game changer.
