Peek 33300 Metal Polish Paste 1L

Peek is an excellent product that I have recommended multiple times to my customers. As an antique dealer I have used and tried many metal polishing products on various copper, brass, bronze, pewter, tin, silver, silver plate etc and this is by far the best. Unlike many others it does not have a nasty smell, it doesn't leave awful powdery residues and it doesn't corrode. It has a cream like consistency and is very easy to use. With it I've removed the tarnish on items, in particular some brass, that nothing else had managed to clean properly. ( bar acid solution) As it is quite powerful you should always test on a small area before cleaning the entire piece, in particular for plated or painted items. It is also very economic so you will need only a very small amount to clean effectively, (it is always better to repeat the procedure if needed than using too much product). If you want to keep the patina on an item and just bring back a bit of lustre use a small amount and rub gently insisting, but not too much, on the parts you want to highlight. When you are happy with the way it looks, remove Peek with a mild soapy water solution, rinse and dry with a cloth. (Remember to wear gloves if polishing metal to avoid getting tarnish on your hands.) Lastly a word of caution as it is very effective and satisfying, this product can cause a mild addiction and before you know it you might find yourself wandering and rummaging around the house looking for things to Peek. Great product and this tin last for ever.

I have been using this wonderful product for a long time. It works really well at polishing many types of metal. It is very economical (especially when compared with similar, highly promoted, polishes sold in tubes)

Cleans beautifully without the smell of Brasso

Does a real good job of shining up brass. Leaves a well shiny lustre on brass but be careful to use sparingly and polish guickly before it drys on otherwise its a difficult job rubbing off.

Repeat order - effective product

Used this two years ago and haven’t had any other polish since. Worth the extra money.
