There are better orthopaedic cushions available at a cheaper price
The cushion is made of very soft memory foam and the vertical height is only 2.5cm (1"). It crushes down to nothing when you sit on it and is therefore not usable (for me) directly on a floor. It therefore requires some cushioned support to both raise it off the floor and to cushion your sit bones. Postural support is also nonexistent due to how soft the memory foam is. I am 90Kg (14 stones) and this will have a bearing; it may suit you if are lighter than me. There are better orthopaedic cushions available at a cheaper price.

Back bliss in meetings
If I’m going to be in a meeting on those horrible ‘public’ chairs for more than half hour, I take and use my cushion. Finally, I’m not fidgeting, changing posture or adjusting myself all the way through. People sometimes grin at first, but after a 2 hours of sitting on hard plastic chairs, I’m the one who is grinning later.

I love this cushion so much and have bought one for a friend. I use it in the floor and in chairs. Off to India in retreat and am sure I will get many envious looks as we sit for hours and it is so light and easy to carry.. would be nice in other colours as dining chair seats.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I brought two of these. One for myself and one for my dad who unfortunately has to use a wheelchair. I have been so happy with how comfortable it has made my meditation practice! My dad has been so grateful for the cushion as it has his reduced back pain and supports his posture when sitting in his wheelchair! I would recommend this cushion to anyone and everyone!

AMAZING CUSHION!!
I have tried a number of cushions to make my meditation practice that bit more comfortable and I have finally found the solution! The cushion moulds perfectly round my body which makes it so comfy to sit on! Very happy and I have also been using it when im driving which is GREAT!
