Good quality . Once assembled to my size needs I eventually understood how to disassemble also .Only received yesterday so I'll need to practice . Feels comfortable around waist . A ratchet noise but not annoying. I chose the mint green .

Lovely colour and easy to put together. Some links are abit annoying to take off, I removed 6 links to fit me I'm a size 14-16 atm. Took a few goes to get into the rhythm with it, as my hips are a bit stiff. Managed to hula hoop both ways last night. The sound it makes going around motivates you to go faster in my opinion, would recommend.

The weight itself is not the best quality, arrived already torn apart, had to tape it to be able to use it, otherwise the insides of the weight would be all over the place.Other than that, fun to use!

Delivered quickly, packed well. Good quality. Easy read instructions. Follow the steps and easy to use. Good to use indoors or outdoors. Easy to store.

Let me get the bad thing out the way... This seemed great when I got it but noticed the stopper under the weight had splits around it... I thought it looked ok though so used for 15 minutes for 2 days... On the 3rd day I noticed black sand leaking out from the weight and the cracks were bigger and so I pulled out the stopper and added rubber glue around to sort it. This should have been sent back as it's not fair spending alot of money on something defective. Anyway good thing is it actually does the job great and people who say it doesn't work haven't obviously used it long enough... We have all been there thinking all these new fads are going to make us super models in a week or two then we get disappointed when we are still the same after only a few week... I'm going to say hand on heart that this will help you get even a wee bit toned and if anything it gets you moving and it sounds like a train lol.. I personally like the click clack... I myself started 15 minutes a day but the first few days I was just trying to keep it spinning... Now I do 30 minutes every day and love it... A wee tip put your hands on your hips above the hoop and sort of push down to keep it still as this works much better to keep swinging.. I keep my weight on the long length because even though they say short is harder I actually find that easy and notice I don't have to put as much effort in to move it but when it's longer I have to move more to keep it going so to me it makes sense that I work a bit harder. Try it but don't give up honestly after a few days you will love this.

Bought this and I absolutely love it. I think the best thing I can say is that I let a friend have a go with it and she bought herself one within 10 minutes of trying it. It is easy to assemble, once you 'get' that it just clicks and then making it bigger or smaller is dead easy. When changing the size, just hold it to prevent the weight holder coming out of the hoop. The same with the actual hula hooping, once you get going, you're away. I've been using reguarly and you do need a bit of space because the weight swings out, but it's brilliant fun. I know one review said the weight came off, but I think you could easily add a cable tie for extra security if you wanted to, but I've had no issues with regular use of mine. Plan to incorporate it into our big fund raising push next year somehow. I wasn't too sure when I got it, but it's fun and it makes me happy when I use it

Does exactly what it says and in all those TikTok videos - but if you don’t like the noise don’t buy this one - go for the quieter alternative one.I didn’t mind the noise.Read other reviews and this one is great for the smaller framed individuals, thou I don’t see myself going that far down, I know there are plenty of other ones in my friends and family who are lining up to to try and buy!

Find some YouTube vids to help get you started. Bit noisy but it’s great fun. I found arms up or out helps extra core building
