excellent. Perfect for Anova in small kitchen. Had one for a year so purchased as a gift for my son. It's a must have item with the appropriate lid. I have insulated the outside of mine to reduce heat loss.

Perfect for sous vide as stated about the lid which I did seperately by mistake, please refer to my earlier comments for the lid.

I was foolish to think I could use any old plastic container, I tried using a large storage box but once the water got up to temperature it flexed horribly and looked like it was about to split wide open. So I bought myself one of these, it's ROCK SOLID. They seem expensive for what they are but honestly this thing is a must. It's made from polycarbonate which is the same stuff they make police riot shield out of. Wish I bought this thing to begin with.

This is a solid product that is well made. As it will stand for long periods of time in use, and may get knocked from time to time it has stood up to the challenge of our busy kitchen so far.

This is a sturdy box. I have a Wancle circulator. The box is supposed to be universal, but I found that the wancle didnt clip on well due to the lip around the edge of the box. I used a craft saw to remove a slot from the lip and now the Wancle fits better. The box has a slight incline off the vertical. It would be better for one end to be at 90deg, so that the circulator sits better. Other than that it does the job beautifully. Also bought the lid and rack. There are probably cheaper ways to do it, but as a system it definitely works. The whole thing is rather overpriced, but sturdy and fit for purpose.

There is no lid and no metal rack with this product. Not worth the price.

Avendo costruito un bancone del bar, cercavo dei contenitori in policarbonato che potessero contenere il ghiaccio o comunque sia dei liquidi. Anche se sul mercato ci sono diverse tipologie anche più economiche la mia scelta è ricaduta su questo articolo per via delle dimensioni ed altre ottime recensioni da parte degli altri utenti. Un contenitore l'ho trovato usato sempre su amazon con un costo inferiore e l'altro l'ho preso a prezzo pieno. I contenitori sono molto leggeri e robusti,( non sono di plastica ma di POLICARBONATO) infatti ad uno dei due applicando un foro al centro del contenitore, sono riuscito ad inserire una sorta di rubinetto per lo scarico dell'acqua, mentre l'altro l'ho lasciato integro. Ce ne sono di diverse dimensioni e molto spesso sono utilizzati per eseguire delle cotture a bassa temperatura con il sottovuoto. Il coperchio se ne avete bisogno, deve essere preso a parte. Sono impilabili ed occupano poco spazio e molto facili da pulire. Ottimi per contenere gli alimenti. Non ho evidenzia di alcun aspetto negativo dal punto di vista dell'articolo, se non sul prezzo che potrebbe essere leggermente inferiore Spero di esservi stato utile.
