The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic, my hair is fine but I have a lot off it which is prone to matting when washed. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling nourished and manageable and I was able to brush the knots through easily after washing. I normally use olaplex. The smell is divine and my hair feels clean and light weight. Highly recommend

Oh my I love this stuff. Expensive but worth it as it's the best conditioner I've used. After turning 50 my hair was looking less full of volume, and just a bit meh. I wasn't sure about trying this brand as the name seemed pretentious and the cost appalling. This Ouai conditioner is great and worth every penny. Apropos of nothing don't drop the bottle on your toe as it will hurt.

This is a good conditioner, although, has not really made any difference to my shedding thin, fine hair.I probably need something more for my problem. Ok for a normal everyday conditioner but way to expensive for that.

I have the shampo as well as the conditioner. Yes they are expensive but you only need a small amount of each so they will last a long time.My hair has never felt so good.I’m older and it was getting thinner and frizzy. Now it is in great condition amd looks so much thicker.

I only used it once so I can’t really say much about the effectiveness but the smell is amazing and my hair is softer and smoother than ever! With the shampoo it feels like my hair doesn’t smell as much anymore after being outside for a while. It was my main issue that most shampoos and conditioners have, I often end up with smelly hair from all the pollution outside

Definitely worth a try! Suits well my black, wavy hair. Smells divine! Worth trying.

Leaves hair very silky and manageable. However it’s given me the worst eczema on my hands, presumably from the ridiculously pungent fragrance used.
