Gator GKC-1648 Stretchy Keyboard Cover For 88-Note Keyboards

After researching the faults and praise of various types of 88 key covers I decided to ditch the YAMAHA cover and bought this GATOR brand. It arrived super swiftly and I could tell at once that it is a well-made bit of kit that should last for many many years. As a previous reveiwer rightly pointed out, if I had purchased the brand name to correspond with my YAMAHA I would have had to remove/store my sheet rest every time I covered up the keys, silly design error by Yamaha - whereas with this, it cosily fits around the entire top of this large piano and everything stays in its place, and the music stand remains insitu. Yes, much nicer looking than the strip of plastic popper wrap previously onboard, and it is a good brand, world renowned GATOR.Buy one of these instead of the useless branded type - highly recommended.

A really nice dust cover that fits my keyboard very well. My keyboard is 130cm long. The material is Lycra and has plenty of stretch in it. To fit the cover I would suggest tightening the draw string a bit and put one end of the cover over the keyboard and then stretch the cover over the keyboard. The draw string can be tightened further, if neccessary, when the cover is fitted. I'm very pleased with the the result and it will keep my precious instrument free of dust.

Got this for my Yamaha P-255 (88 keys portable digital piano). It certainly looks fantastic and is made of a lovely, seemingly durable and stretchy material. No garish logo either.Other reviewers have said that the stretchiness allows you to put it over your piano with the music stand still on, one key feature that convince me to buy this one. I feel this is only half true.Without the stand, it's a perfect fit, with the drawstring creating a secure, snug fit around the piano.With the stand, it is able to stretch over and still grip onto the piano corners, but it's not stretchy enough to actually cover the whole piano like it does without the stand. In my case, the back part is not able to go all the way over and cover the rear of the piano (see photos).It's still better than the alternatives though, just not perfect for my particular needs. I still recommend it if you need a dust cover.

I use the product to cover an 88 key digital piano and the product works as described. It was very good value and looks good.

Not much to say for a change. It's stretchy and it covers things!Provided you have equipment of about the right size, this does a fine job. It can only stretch so far, so it pays to believe the measurements. It's strong and appears to be dustproof even when stretched pretty tightly (when you'd expect the weave of the fabric to open up a little). Good for equipment with too many fiddly bits on the top surfaces - since it saves crackly pots and faders from happening, and pretty much removes the need to dust, which is always a major plus point!

Great cover does the job but for my RD 2000 it could have been a bit longer but still fits ok 👍

The package just arrived today and initially, it seems it's a bit of a stretch to fit the cover around my 88-key digital piano.The material is smooth to the touch and silk-like. More than adequate for dust protection but I wouldn't count on it to resist an accidental water / tea spill.The corners, as shown in the photos are not "well fitted". The corners fall short of the body resulting in a very tight fit. Length-wise, with a strong pull on the drawstring I can just about get the cover to fit around the base of the Piano.The Korg B2 Dimensions are 13.2' x 51.6' .[UPDATE] *Nowhere on the amazon product page are the sizes covered detailed.* [UPDATE]- The packaging states the Keyboard cover will fit sizes of up to 16' x 48'.Quick math: White piano key width = 23.5mm (roughly). Multiple by 52 (number of white keys) = 1170mm = 46 inches.This is not including spaces between keys. or the edge of a keyboard frame.TL,DR: If you have "full sized piano keys" this is probably going to be a stretch. Waiting to see if it loosens over time and will update on quality of material in a month or so.

Fits well on my Yamaha P115 which I recently bought since learning piano as an adult.It reminds me of a glorified computer keyboard cover from old, i.e. it's a 'case' shape minus the bottom panel, so it fits over the top of the unit no problem and catches on all 4x bottom corners to provide a secure cover. There is a drawstring cord, too. No branding on it. Just jet black.It fits perfectly well around the music stand (I don't cover that) so no problems there.Arrived promptly. The Gator original packaging indicates it's a US product.Hopefully it will last many years and not tear or snag. Pleased with it as it's exactly what I was after.
