For people replying not feeling anything yet, try taking 2. I've been taking for a week but today I took 2 by mistake, forgot I took one early morning, and I definitely felt the energy. It could be since there are so many different mushrooms in here, that maybe the one that gives energy needed a higher dose. Also, I've noticed the fluorescent yellow when going to the bathroom which is a telltale sign of mushrooms that I haven't noticed with other brands. I'm loving this after today!

Where has this been all my life? Mario was truly onto something with the whole mushroom thing. Five days in and I'm more dialed in than a rotary phone. Saw some reviews mentioning stomach discomfort. Not sure if it has anything to do with growing up in a household where expiration dates were mere suggestions, but I did not experience any issues of that nature. Carrying around a spare pair of underwear is a small price to pay for feeling this good. Add it to your cart already and thank me later!

I don't normally leave reviews but this brand is truly a life saver!! On a budget they make incredible quality supplements and the Mushroom Complex is an incredible value. I find it effective everyday and felt it after about a week just having more energy and wanting to get out of bed. It has caused my stomach to digest better as well and less acid reflux. Mushrooms are a great addition to a diet and can be great for mood health. It definitely is a larger pill but no issue swallowing and appreciate the bottle being an appropriate size for the amount of supplements. I get so tired of companies (Olly) using these massive containers that are an ecological nightmare and waste of cabinet space. These are well packaged and labled and you know exactly what you are getting. I have a cabinet full off this brand my husband and I use and love each one. Nutricost really makes a higher quality and better value supplement that you just can't beat.

This product gives quite a buzz. It's difficult to understand that caffeine seems to be missing from its label.It has an identical affect on me as a quality energy drink like Celsius.It's great for working, writing etc.
