Delivery time
Takes the boom away from my kick drum 🥁 good item

Good time but prone to drift
Quality product for stationary kit but subject to movement after ‘gear in’ at gigs. Those with closed front head may find returning pads to position frustrating

Great control for bass drum sound
If you're looking to tighten up your bass drum sound, this dampener is a neat pick. It's easy to attach to the drum shell and does a great job controlling those extra vibrations. The adjustable, hinged design means you can tweak it to get just the right amount of attack and sustain, which is super useful if you're using close mics. It’s simple to use and definitely makes a difference in sound quality. On the downside, it might not fit every drummer's needs if you're going for a more open sound. But overall, it’s a handy tool for better control over your drum’s tone.

Better than a pillow !
It's better that sticking a pillow in your bass drum, it does stop most of the unwanted boom and ring without comprimising volume. It also leaves alot of space for a microphone. You can use the fat end for more dampening or the thin end for less. The more it touches the skin the better the dry thud of the beater will be. It fixed with inside with two sticky back pads that stick to the wood and they are velcro on the other side to attach to the pad. I didnt want stick it as i change between two kits, but it happy sits there without any problems.

Does What It Says
If like me you prefer to do things properly rather than nicking bed pillows and old towels then this is for you.

Okay, but rather my bed pillow
Slight difference in dampening down the booming sound, but wasn't a huge difference between before and after installing, I'm going to keep it but I wouldn't recommend to someone to get one, needs to be heavier and have some mass to it, it's far to light weight

Perfect for me
I bought this for my old (refurbished) 1970s Premier Elite kit, it fitted perfectly and just took enough 'boing' out of the resonance to give the sound I'm used to. Everyone is different but for me it was absolutely perfect.

Milagroso!!!!
