This replaced a previous battery backup Jump Starter that cost a bit more than this one. The mode button on that one was faulty and I didn't find that out until I needed it for my GS1200. Stranded and had to call AAA for the jump start. Big Bummer. This one has charged up perfectly and seems to be ready for the road. Be sure to check you emergency devices / tools regularly.

After charging it once, I used it for multiple jump starts of my car (at home & at work) recently before I got the battery replaced. Easy to use with simple instructions even if you have no experience with jump starting your car (relying on others who know what they are doing). I love that I don’t have to bother other people for a jump start and don’t have to wait for AAA to show up. Definitely keeps me independent.

It worked to jump my car 1x and then the next time I needed it kept telling me it was not ready. I tried for over an hour to get it to work. It seems simple but there is very little instructions and once the computer says it wont work it wont work at all. No way to even charge the car battery. I bought it in Nov 2023 and I tried to return it today, and they say my window has closed. Now I am stuck with jump starter that will not start my car. Do not recommend and would not buy again.

Have one in each car and has bailed me out the first time when my daughter thought it was smart to hang out with the car switched off but the headlights on so she can see in front of her. Recommend!

Lifesaver, heavy. Watched a few YouTube videos on how to properly use it. Wish the cables were a little longer. Worked fine the first few times but the third was hard to make work. Returned because I found cheaper at Costco. Beats having to wait and ask for a jump buy it!
