Omega 3 750mg

This is an exceptionally good price for a product recommended by my medical advisers. The specialist who first recommended it as the purest fish oil available charges roughly three times the price.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I have been using this product since being diagnosed in 2001. While I also take medication to alleviate the problems R.A. creates, I have found that if I don't also take Omega 3 capsules for a few days, my joints begin to swell and ache. These capsules provide a large dose of a natural product that clearly reduces the level of medication I need. I have tried other Omega 3 products, but they provide less oils, and are less effective, or I have to take more capsules and they are more expensive.

I have used this type of product for some time and I am constantly searching for Fish Oils/Omega 3 oils that are high in EPA and DHA. This product is the highest of these ingredients I have found to date and at a reasonable price.

I've been buying Health Aid Omega 3 for some years from Amazon. It is the best product of it's type available and easy to take. The service from Amazon is superb which makes the purchase even better.

Wanted to report what happened to me this morning as soon as possible. Took my third tablet (one a day) and have felt dizzy all day. Looked up side effects on the Internet and found two things, neither of which is mentioned on the bottle. First, it appears that a strong dose for someone who has not taken these before can cause nausea & dizziness. Second, one article says that they shouldn't be left in the light or exposed to air - the fish oil can, apparently, go rancid. I had taken a week's supply from the (dark brown) bottle and put them in an uncovered container on the window-sill! I'm not saying that either of these caused my ill-effects, but I thought it important to let others know what could happen... I have thrown away the capsules that I had taken out of the bottle. I shall not take any tomorrow, but continue the day after with only the capsules from the bottle, now stored in a cupboard. DJ.

Due to the fact these capsules are in dark glass bottles they do not get soft and stocky as other sellers Omega 3 does. This plus the facy the price is good is a real positive
