Black pepper extract capsules for better absorption
I recently tried Swanson Bioperine, a black pepper extract supplement, and I'm very impressed with the results. The 10mg capsules are high strength and laboratory tested, making them a trustworthy option. I appreciate that they are soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO, making them suitable for a variety of dietary needs. Bioperine, which is also known as piperine, has been shown to have numerous health benefits, including improved digestion and increased nutrient absorption. I've noticed that taking this supplement has helped me feel more energized throughout the day. Overall, I highly recommend Swanson Bioperine for anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

Good value
The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They include gelatine so aren’t suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider although vegetarians will have to look elsewhere.

Feels like they are doing something..
I was advised to take L-Tyrosine, Iodine (or seaweed), Turmeric and Bioperine for an underactive thyroid, well to aid with it. (I advise anyone to do their own research in this regard and always talk to your Gp, but this is the reason i ordered the bioperine).Apparently the Bioperine is meant to help with digestion of Cucermoids?? (something in turmeric) that our bodies seem to have a harder time 'sucking in' (cant remember the word.. see!, thyroid thing..) it claims to help convert the thing in turmeric to make it more easy for our bodies to.. accept it.. pleae dont take my word for it, im terrible at explaining things (as you can tell), i just knew i needed it.. and i have to say i think its doing something..So after my thyroid medication (which i have been on for over thirty years), started making me feel extremely unwell, i decided to try another approach, started taking vit d and vit b complex just to give me an overall little help (and this time i intend to stick to it..). I also never took dairy within two hours of my thyroid medication as that can also make you feel extremely tired and kind of knock out the effect of Thyroxine, but anyway..In the past few days I have started on this bioperine, turmeric, Iodine (in the form of a sea moss capsule (couple of different kinds of seaweed), something called L-Tyrosine (an amino acid), as well as my usual vitamins d and b. I have been taking the B and D for a couple of weeks and have noticed a very very slight improvement but the past few days have added the rest of the items mentioned, and i do seem to feel more able to fight the tiredness.Anyone who's experienced the exhaustion that you can get with Hypothyroidism knows only too well, it is near impossible to 'soldier on' when the 'tired times' hit, mine is usually around 2p.m. and then again around 5p.m., the past few days i have actually been able to drag myself up and carry on with some basic housework tasks. and being a depression sufferer too, usually this would be out of the question, i end up being unable to do anything but rest or flat out fall asleep.., and it is just my experience, but the past 3 or 4 days i definitely feel an improvement.I had thought that it was a combination of all the vits/minerals together, but yesterday i forgot to take the Bioperine and i found myself feeling a little of the familiar exhaustion, i then realised i had forgot and took one straight away, thats the reason i mentioned my regime, its not to promote it, its to show the effect the bioperine seemed to have on it. The tiredness didn't miraculously vanish or anything, but it was definitely more bareable, and didn't wipe me out, granted the tiredness didn't immediately evaporate and i did rest, but today i took all my medications at teh beginning of the day and today i have been okay.I really didn't think many tablets, especially of the vitamin kind, would have any kind of immediate effect but this Bioperine seems to definitely be doing something.. I cant say for sure, i can only tell you what i have experienced.I would never advise anyone to take the particular concoction i have started and instead do what is right for you. I do however, feel able to recommend Bioperine after what it seems to be doing for me.Apologies for the rambling long, (most likely confused sounding review) lol. I hope it at least helps enough to give you an idea of whats its done for me.
