My initial impression is that this is a high quality, easy to use tens/ems machine sold for a very reasonable price. It has all the features one would expect for relief & relaxation, as well as various EMS settings. Has great power & battery life thanks to a large capacity li-ion battery, powered by included USB type C charger.The kit includes a few pairs of 3 different (standard sized) pad types - these snap connector style pads are holding up well so far, staying attached to where I've placed them despite being outside in +90°(F) weather. Also, this machine is compact & small enough that it easily fit in my pocket along with my cell phone.It has a pleasing visual design also ... While I've never minded using bright colored pads, wires or leads, I'll admit I enjoy the all color matched black design of this one- another improvement is the lead wires have attached wire ties to reduce tangling, etc. The kit includes all necessities like leads, USB-C charging cable, 2 pad holders & an info/use card, all fitting nicely in included the hard case.I'd rate this as one of the most powerful, compact sized ones I've used. It seems well designed & although I do have "fancier" ones with touch screen controls, I prefer knowing what the controls do & not accidentally changing the functions.Overall I'm pleased giving 5 ⭐'s for this NEOCARBON brand, powerful, well designed tens/EMS machine & kit!

Neocarbon outdid themselves with this device. It is so compact but it is still powerful and really works for releasing tension. They added velcro straps for the cord which is very convenient, even my other more expensive device didn't have that. They even added a small sticking pad to maintain the quality of the pads, but in case you need them, there are various sizes and replacements.If you're looking at TENS devices, look no further, this one is powerful, compact, has a nice package, and they've improved over the years.

Dislike: does not start with your last saved settings (have to scroll to it, pressing the only one directional button there is,.. pretty annoying). There is no setting that is just constant buzzing (the best is around 30 seconds on and a second off cycle). Time settings are in 10 minute increments. No belt clip (but it was not advertised to have one so I didn't decrease stars for that and just a note to readers).Like: USB C (could not locate another C type device). Powerful buzzing performance. Charge seems to last a long time (I started today with a full charge and the day is around 6pm now and it's still showing the battery is still at 3 of 3 bars of power). Nice little clamshell storage device.

This item works great the charge time last a while you can adjust the shock rate intensity.

I bought this product for my wife after she mentioned how much she loved using a similar device at the chiropractor. This device is not the same thing but is still very effective at working out problem spots on your back. We both love using it while sitting down to watch tv at night. We stick a few pads on the tender spots and let it works its magic while we relax. Some of our friends have mentioned it felt a little too intense for them so take that into consideration.

I love the Neocarbon TENS/ EMS machine for 4 reasons where other units fall short. The Neocarbon comes with its battery already charged. Yay! You can program ports A and B differently to do their own treatments! Love that! Also, the battery will shut itself off, if I forget to do so after use! And its hardy zipper packaging is convenient and keeps it safe for packing. I wish I would have tried this first, however, I now appreciate it much more!

This kit is ok for the price, but the following is worth noting:The battery only lasts for around 2 full 20-minute treatments (from full) when using one pair of electrodes (haven't tried using both sets at once for fear of not having enough juice for a full session).To select your desired massage program, you have to keep clicking on the button as it goes through E-V-E-R-Y S-I-N-G-L-E option on the massage menu. In this day and age of touchscreens, the interface is antiquated.Full skin contact is needed for it to work (will not work well on hairy types unless the area is shaved or waxed).Be careful how the kit is stored as the electrode touchpad gel may deform/melt.

My husband loves it! The size of the item was impressive and quality is fabulous! My husband, who is diabetic, can fit this in his case with his sugar machine without a problem. It is easy to use. It has a lot of setting options. The battery life is phenomenal! My husband can use it all day while at work (12 to 14 hours) without recharging it. It is by far one of the best purchases that I have made!
