COFFEE WATER Mineral Packs for Making Water for Coffee (Makes 25 Gallons)

I have purchased this item several times instead of a similar product that may be more well known but much more expensive. I have not noticed a taste difference between the two, so will continue to purchase this less expensive option. The only issue that some people may not like is that you have to pour two different packets of powder into water instead of one. Not a big deal to me.

My husband drinks his coffee black and finds this product really good for providing a more smooth drinking experience. He likes it a lot and plans to reorder. I drink my coffee with milk and couldn’t really discern a taste difference. But - given my guy’s experience - I will reorder this product.

I much prefer this to TWW. I can still taste the coffee with this and it protects my machine since we use RO water in our home. With TWW, my coffee tastes muted and similar to diner coffee or Keurig. I think TWW concentrates their packets with more than you need, so I've seen recommendations that you have to use half the packet to get the right results. Coffee Water gives me better results right out of the box and it is so much more cost effective if you buy the 125 gallon version. I drop these packets into a 5 gallon water jug, fill with RO water, and use a battery operated pump. I think this pack will last me nearly a year, so super happy I found this product. Coffee Water also has a pretty cool story about how they came to be on their website if you're interested. I like to research anything I put in my water to make sure it's legit and I feel good about using this product after seeing all the research and time that went into its creation.

When I initially bought these, for some reason I thought I bought the third wave coffee brand. So, I was surprised to have received this brand instead. That's what I get for amazon shopping late at night lol. If I'm being honest I really didn't want to give this product a chance being that it has a low amount of reviews on Amazon and it's website is visually lacking. However this is about the coffee it can produce, and if it can produce good coffee and be at a price point this low; why not give it try.---- About the Coffee ----I brewed two cups with 55g of medium roast espresso from 22g of fresh ground beans using distilled water mixed with both packets. I've been using this coffee for a week so I'm famiar with this batch's notes and flavors. Given my skepticism of this brand I needed to know if they were actually better than filtered water. To keep this somewhat short, yes it was better. Was it worth eighty cents a packet. Yeah, I wouldn't mind parting with a dollar to enhance a gallon of water for coffee. If you're on the fence about buying this I think you should give it a try, you might be surprised.

Easy to use and now I can know exactly what’s in my water

Avoid. I though I’d give this a try seeing as it’s about half the price of third wave water. I can’t comment on espresso, but for filter coffee, it is extremely harsh. There is a very pronounced astringency that I never got with third wave water. I could mess around with diluting the total hardness by adding more than a gallon of distilled water, but that negates the convenience of the product. My recommendation: suck it up and buy third wave, or make your own water with the barista hustle recipe or something similar.

So, far it is ok, once you shake the bottle well.

This turned out to be one of the best products I’ve gotten in a long time.I would usually buy the other brand directly from my local roasters, but when looking for it here I got this as a site recommendation and I’m glad I went for it.My espresso and milk drinks are soooooo much better. More flavor, more nuanced with richness and body. I don't know what is different from the other brand but I’m never going back.The best part isn't only that it makes my espresso better, and protects my very costly machine, but I can also make 125 gallons!Now, that’s what I call a game-changer.
