Dog loves the taste & let's me clean her teeth wothout a problem

This dog toothpaste is good but just don’t like the consistency when you are trying to brush your dogs teeth with it. It is quite solid so it’s really hard to spread it over a few teeth before your dog swallows it! Don’t get me wrong where you so get to put it on a tooth and brush it in my dogs tooth does look clean but it’s very hard and frustrating to do his whole mouth with this toothpaste. I haven’t tried any other brand so that’s what I will be doing as I do believe that doggy toothpaste should be better than this one is!The smell is good as it doesn’t have one, which I am very happy with as it’s suppose to be liver flavour, my dog doesn’t seem to mind the taste of it so that’s a positive and the price seems to be average so definitely worth trying an alternative in my opinion!50/50 recommend as it did seem to clean my dogs teeth just made it very difficult and had to use a lot of toothpaste!

Very good , my dog loves the taste

I use this to clean my dog's teeth every morning and he adores it. So much so that he comes and reminds me if I forget his tooth cleaning ritual. I feel that it's the actual toothbrush that is cleaning his teeth rather than the paste, but he regards the toothpaste as a treat, so it makes the cleaning process fun for him. The vet says he has no sign of gingivitis, so his teeth and gums are good and his breath doesn't smell unpleasant.

The toothpaste is fine and my cats like the taste. The same can't be said for the tube, as the silver on the tube came off on my hands and I have to pick it off the toothbrush. I have now put cling film on the tube. More considered packaging in the future is the only answer for the manufacturer.

I had been using Logic gel for over a year and my dog's tooth staining was getting worse no matter what I did.I tried this as an alternative not expecting much, partly because it was so cheap, but after 1 tube it has started to shift the staining on my dog's teeth so I'm happy to carry on with this brand and see how it goes from here. It's not 100% gone but the staining is now much more patchy on the teeth as it's obviosuly been removed in some areas as the toothpaste has done it's job. I'm hoping in a another couple of months the teeth will be nearly perfectly white again.One tube has lasted me about 5 weeks easily for 2 dogs - so it feels like good value.I have a smaller rescue dog and an ex-racer greyhound. My greyhound came to us with pretty bad teeth as the back ones were pretty caked with plaque and needed a good scaling at the vets within a few weeks of us re-homing him. He didn't need any teeth removing fortunately, but it was felt some had sustianed damage to not being looked after before he got to us. Some may need removing in the future so it's been a priority to keep on top of his teeth issues as I want to preserve them as long as possible for him. I'm confident the Beophar toothpaste is going to help.

Dog likes the taste which helps making his tooth brushing easier. His teeth are clean and complemented by the vet so I think the compound in the toothpaste is effective.It doesn't foam like a human toothpaste does so you have to be strategic with the brushing procedure to ensure both sides of the mouth receive equal mounts of toothpaste.

I buy this regularly for my dog as it does help reduce the amount of tartar on her teeth and helps to limit more depositing again.
