Because of the clip, this ND filter may not work if you have dual or triple lenses
The pic on the left depicts the opening of the clip that comes with the Neewer 37mm ND filters. Note the single hole on the clip. The pic in the middle depicts the opening of the clip that comes with the UKCOCO Phone Camera Lens - 37mm CPL Filter Lens Circular Polarizer that is available on Amazon.I have verified that the 37mm ND filter easily threads onto the UKCOCO clip.Pros:If you own the UKCOCO clip, you may successfully use it with either the Neewer ND or the UKCOCO CPL.If you have an LG V40, the opening of the clip that comes with the UKCOCO appears to be custom-made for it.If you have any other smartphone with dual or triple cameras, the clip that comes with the UKCOCO may work better with the Neewer ND filter than the clip that comes with it.Cons:You may need to spend a little extra money (currently, $11.99) for the UKCOCO CPL and clip to use the Neewer ND filter successfullyI could subtract one star for the Neewer ND because the clip does not work well with my LG V40. However, I also need a CPL, so I would need to buy the UKCOCO filter and clip anyway. The pic on the right depicts a hard drive case that works perfectly for carrying the two filters, each of which is mounted on a UKCOCO clip. Note that the filters clip to the straps designed to hold a hard drive in place.

Greate for iPhone XR - NO Vignetting
Immediately put it through its paces using FilMiC Pro when the lens arrived.Perfect motion blur added to 24fps footage instead of those Crispy/Choppy iPhone frames. Makes view-back much smoother and cinema-like. I have not noticed a significant color shift, nor have I seen ANY vignetting.Perhaps the larger sensor of the newer iPhones don't have that issue? My XR has one of the larger ones, and I saw no light-spillage or any dark corners. I haven't noticed any color shift either, but most of my footage is of my son doing various activities outside. I haven't done any 'scientific' studies on color. The clip is strong for how lightweight the filter is, and it doesn't cover any of the microphones on the XR as another YouTube video pointed out. My only Complaint would be it doesn't come with a lens cap, so I'm off to eBay to order one from China for a dollar. For the price, I am *very pleased* despite my nervousness from reading some of these other reviews.Wish I had picked it up when it was 13 bucks! But building one yourself with an iOgrapher Lens Clip + name-brand ND filter, your cost will be over $50. So $33 with next-day shipping is a great deal.

Works great although I needed ND 1000 filter which I ended up stacking on this filter
UPDATE:I added my modificatios for light leak described below using the clip when rubber washers didn't work well enough. I also then modified the clip further to remove the clip part and just keep the threaded section, which I then glued permanently on a spare case. I use step up rings attached the the clip base to increase it's size of 37mm to basically any size I want (currently using 55mm attachments). This allows me to use a wide range of filters (and even some cheaper DSLR lenses as well) I'm attaching pictures that show a picture taken, as well as my case mods that use this clip purchased. Anyone interested can search Reddit in the Galaxy note 9 section for "note 9 camera MOD" which is where i posted my MOD info at. This can work on ANY phone though. The picture shows this clip base and the filter that came with this purchased with the additional ND stacked on top. I can now keep a travel kit with the mod case so I can swap it out on the fly and use filters/lensesMy Original review continued:Works well enough. I took the advice of other reviewers and got a a few rubber washers. I actually glued mine on (STILL GOT LIGHT LEAK WITH GALAXY NOTE 9) The solution I found was to heat the clip up a little and put a slight offset bend on it and it solved light leak. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't do a daytime long exposure well enough for water. I didn't research neutral density filters enough so that's my fault. I did solve my problem though. I purchased a 43 mm ND 1000 filter and screw it on the front of this filter. I can the set this filter to the lowest setting and use the ND 1000 stacked on top to do a successful long exposure that gives me the blurring I'm looking for with water.

Unboxing first impression
My filter was delivered on time. It was in its box in a small sealed plastic bag in a large shipping plastic envelope...ok but not that great. Would be better nested in a larger box with packing material. But...was in good shape.Opened the small box and pulled out a rigid plastic container. Ok not bad. I opened the top and the filter and clip were in their own plastic protective wrap. That's a good thing. But...the box appears designed for a larger filter with three notches for 3 filters. The box is not at all designed to hold the filter and clip securely either assembled or unassembled. What's up with that? Hey Newer - how about packaging the filter and clip in a reusable storage box designed to fit the product? Also, how about including a soft carry pouch to carry the assembled filter and clip? The clip and filter themselves seem to be of good quality. The filter physically seems to operate as advertised and mounts into the clip securely. I have not had a chance to use them yet so may come back with another review once Ihave a chance to actually use it on my iPhone 6S+.So far - Happy with the filter and clip themselves as far as quality etc. Not happy with the packaging/storage container at all.3 stars - filter and clip seem to be good quality but storage/packaging keep it from getting more stars.- Delain
