Wir lieben die Cholula-Soßen und waren gespannt, wie sich die Lime-Version vom Original unterscheidet. Geschmacklich hat sie uns absolut überzeugt! Die Soße hat eine angenehme Schärfe, die nicht überwältigend ist, sondern sich perfekt in die würzige, leicht säuerliche und fruchtige Note einfügt. Die Limette kommt dezent durch und sorgt für eine frische Nuance, die besonders gut zu gegrilltem Fleisch, Tacos oder sogar Eierspeisen passt. Die Konsistenz ist genau richtig – nicht zu flüssig, aber auch nicht zu dick. Die Soße lässt sich gut dosieren und verteilen. Insgesamt eine sehr leckere Soße, die man perfekt als leicht scharfes Topping verwenden kann! Wir werden sie definitiv wieder bestellen und können sie weiterempfehlen.
