I bought the same pillow the week before in Tesco. I really liked it nice and firm and very comfortable. They didn't have anymore in stock so I bought another off Amazon. Very disappointed, too soft, not firm at all (not Amazon's fault). I have kept the pillow cos it's only a spare.

Excellent Pillows. Very supportive. I brought 2 now. They were really good for supporting my neck when I had problems with it a year ago. I have washed these pillows and my goodness they still kept their shape, still supportive, just wash as per instructions. I'm really pleased that I brought these now. Definitely good value and definitely recommend.

I'll try and keep this simple and straight to the point:The good:CheapSoftFeels premium, not like your average basic pillow due to the stitching on the sides of itKnown brand, so you can expect it to be made from quality materials.The bad:Started sagging from one area after less than a month of useDoesnt hold its shape properlyNot as soft as it advertisesIn conclusion, considering the price of it, its fine if you're looking for a fairly basic pillow. If you need something more comfy, probably spend a bit more on something else.

I don't like huge floofy pillows, I prefer mine flat. Whilst this pillow isn't flat, it's not overly plumped up and feels very comfortable on my neck.
