Too big to swallow but gives great resultsWill definitely buy again

Bought it just for my hair and it didn't disappoint.

I haven't noticed too much of a difference, perhaps it is too soon to tell.It seems to have given my pee a bright yellow colour.

These supplements do seem to be quite potent and in a more natural form, containing none of the usual allergens, chemicals or colourings. For that reason I have found them very effective and easy on my stomach. You can literally ‘feel’ them working when you take just one, in the way of having more energy and alertness. After one week I noticed a marked difference in the health of my hair, skin and nails. So yes, they do work very well, especially if you take them with food.However, as you can see from my photos, these are hardly what I would call ‘caplets’ being pretty large in size and difficult to swallow! They’re rounded off I suppose and so don’t get stuck in your throat as such, but if I’d known how large they were I might have thought twice. However, the potency and purity and effectiveness will ensure I purchase again. So they’re fine if you’re o.k with big tablets!

These are great. i tried them when they were reduced in sainsburys for the first time and i loved them so bought again. They are big but i can swallow ok if i dont think about it! They have really helped me, i dont feel tired as much and my hair is getting much stronger and doesnt fall out as much now, i notice this especially when washing. IT has grown quickly too! I highly recommend these.

I've been taking these tablets {2 tablets a day} since January 2021.I did have a couple of breaks in-between but found that my hair loss got worse during that period. They definitely help for me & I find they're good value for money.
