I wanted to use these for a few weeks before I reviewed them. I have to say I'm very impressed. They really are a weight gym in a bag. I am not talking body building, but if you want to do weight training these are really good. It comes with example exercises in a booklet, they are a but basic but if you know what you want to do and use a little imagination you can cover most body parts really well. I think you could break them if you over extend them but that is just misuse. Used properly I doubt they would break.

I started using the bands on a daily basis about 3 months ago beginning with the lowest resistance yellow. After 10 weeks of constant use, the yellow band snapped. I've progressed on to the next heaviest band which I expect to last longer. The anchor band and handles etc are still in good nick. Conservatively I put a lifespan of 18 months to 2 years on these bands. Maybe more?. I enjoy using them. They are extremely easy to get the hang of. I suggest looking up "anabolic aliens" on YouTube for his excellent 5 min workouts

I really liked this product, the different coloured bands, identifying the varying resistances, are a good feature. The product is very well made and I particularly liked the accessory which enables you to use a door jamb as an anchor. This feature, which is non damaging to the frame, enables the user to adjust the height of the bands thus giving the correct height for any chosen exercise.The product is well presented and good value.

I have been doing calisthenics at home for the last 5 weeks so I got these to add some variety. It has really opened up my workout routine and made it more diverse. Plus I get to target other muscle groups with these bands. Strong, sturdy and multi couloured at different weights. I love them!

I've used different brands of resistance bands in the past of varying quality, these bands are very good quality and are easy to use. I've used them for a variety of exercises and they give an excellent workout, highly recommend them for anyone wanting to add some resistance work into their programmes.

Bought this product because our very sporty son, age 13, is in a non-weight bearing cast for 7 weeks. It is easy to use and gives our whole family a chance to tone arms and legs. It is well made and comes with a small book guide with pictures showing the various uses. Great product!

I purchased at £24.99 and later discovered the same sort of thing cheaper in catalogue. I was disappointed to see the seller had reduced the selling price to £20.52 shortley after I had purchased. I did find that I could of done with a stronger tube as I attached to my ankle and crawled forward and to bring my knee back and forth there wasn’t enough resistance with the strongest tube.
