I bought this because I read copper may help slow down getting grey hair. As I am in a constant state of mid-life crisis at any given time and started getting a few grey hairs in the past couple years, of course I wanted to try this. I am on my 4th bottle, and while the grey hairs do still come (because as Smash Mouth says, the years keep coming and they don't stop coming), I think taking copper regularly does slow it down a bit. I didn't think it would actually help, but then there was a 2 month period when I didn't take any vitamins or supplements as I was constantly traveling, and when I finally got home I went through my hair and there were so many little grey hairs! I pull my greys regularly so it was noticeable when there were so many that sprouted during that 2 month period that I didn't take my copper.

NOW products have always been good to me. This tablet is very tiny. It increased my ceruloplasmin and copper RBC levels tremendously. MAKE SURE to not take it concurrently with things that inhibit its absorption. This is adequate to increase your levels, so don't digest more than you need; just focus on not taking it with things that inhibit its absorption.

Now brand always has been high quality supplements.

Bought this to go with my 50mg Zinc. I usually only buy this brand, and this pill is just as good of quality as the rest I take. It is very easy to swallow and I have no complaints.

I take this for glucose control and recently noticed large spikes in blood sugar it seems that most of the pills in the bottle were half filled ended up taking double the normal dosage to get the same results. I will buy again as i have been using this brand for a year or so but i am keeping an eye on this issue. If it continues it may be cheaper to buy more expensive brand with better quality controls.

I recently had my copper levels checked due to concerns for malabsorption and turns out my levels were low. I supplemented 2mg a day for months with a different brand and my levels were still the same. I switched to Now brand 3mg and have been taking for a couple months. Will get levels rechecked to see if they have improved. I recommend having your doctor check copper and zinc levels prior to supplementing with either.
