Why did you pick this product vs others?:I tried another strawberry powder by a popular brand. The other brand had a strange taste, not like strawberries. It was made in another country. The brand actually tastes like fresh strawberries. It has no aftertaste and mixes well. I use it to make strawberry ice cream and frozen yogurt.

This freeze dried strawberry powder is exactly as I expected. The flavor is strong and bright. It does clump a bit but can be easily be broken apart with a spoon. It doesn't come with a scoop inside. Keep in mind that you'll store this in the fridge after opened and keeps about 2 months. So far I've added it to milk, oat meal, and an ice cream base. So glad I picked this one!

The quality of the product is great and the flavor is spot on. It's nice to have on hand to add some extra flavor to smoothies or drinks, or sprinkle on top of yogurt.I have purchased other freeze dried strawberries and the color was still very pink. I needed this for a cake, but it turned the frosting brown instead of pink and look un appetizing. (do a test run for color first, even though I knew it would not be pink once I opened it).I am not disappointed in the product quality or flavor, just be aware that it is not pink in color in case you were hoping it was like I did.I store this in my freezer tightly wrapped. I find that it keeps it from becoming a hard mass over time in the pantry.

I have now placed my third order to make sure I have a supply.My first order was to mix into my cold drinks but I ended up finding Red Roselle Hibiscus Flower Tea by Palm Beach Herbals.(Amason sells) and make a hot tea and strawberry drink with some sugar. My first cup wasn't the best but when finding the right mix and after 3 cups, it's now y daily drink. I keep a thermos next to me with a cup and a half of the mix.I'm a high blood pressure person and after just a week of drinking this tea, my b/p has stabilized. Tasted very much like real strawberries. I used it for cookies and cake frosting. Both delicious. Texture was nice. Would use again.

I have purchased this several times but this last time it was horrible. I never could get the strawberry taste

Is very high in vitamin C! Smells just as delicious as it tastes. Very good quality and love there is no added sugar. It was expensive but I completely understand why. Will definitely continue to buy.
