The man was a genius, waited for ages for this to be released, madcap, surreal, crazy. Some people they might find it strange but then again I find todays tv comedies are poor in comparison to the older stuff. (modern tv comedy too much shock element e.g swearing and politics- childish and boring)

Milligan was the master of anarchic comedy, before there was such a genre. And the single inspiration for all that followed. These shows are a wonderful memory, and are still funny.

Anarchic, surrealist humour at its best! Yes, its a bit hit an miss and yes, modern audiences will find some of Spike's sketches offensive (if they choose to and they will).

Spike Milligan at his best, never fails to entertain, his humour is finite
