BEST ELECTRIC BIKE EVER!
I am 56yrs and I take the bike to go to the gym every day. I am in love with this bike. The seat is so comfy and so easy to ride. It has a lot of power, it's like going on a motorbike. In hills, you have to make a bit of effort with the pedals, but only for the hard ones. The rack at the back is perfect for shopping. The bike arrives totally assembled. I highly recommend it. My son uses it too to go to the gym as I do. He is 1.80cm tall and 100kg. The bike rides fine with his weight. On the leaflet, it says max.120kg. It comes with an adaptor to charge to a normal switch. Price is unbeatable. High quality and nice design.

Poor packaging, even worse return/refund process
Update: May 11th 2022I contacted Amazon's support via chat and the agent was very helpful, processing the refund on the spot. Now we just have to wait for it to show on the credit card.In the meantime, we purchased another model from the same manufacturer. A cheaper one. Not as nice and has a 24v battery instead of 36v, which would be ideal. However, it turns out my wife is quite happy wih it.So, to sum it up, the bike is good but make sure you inspect it when it arrives since the transportation company doesn't seem to be the most careful.May 2nd 2022The bike is a reasonable price, however they should put more effort into making sure their product got to the customer intact. We got it with the bell smashed, the paint had damage and the battery wasn't behaving as the manual says it should. While recharging the battery, no lights showed anything nor that it was charging or that it was full.So we decided to return it, the pick up was fine but, a week later , it still doesn't even show in Amazon's system that the seller has gotten ahold of the bike. Therefore, the refund remains as pending.

Brilliant wee bike
Got this last month to use for work due to poor public transport and am glad I did. Its nice and comfy and easy to use. Had never had an electric bike before so for a novice like me it seems ideal 😀 nice and simple to operate and definetly a good price compared to some I looked at. There was some set up required when it came and the instructions aren't the best but if I can manage to do what was needed then most should find it easy. Charge it once a day when working and that lasts me doing a split shift (getting to and from work and using it to travel round my house visits) with plenty battery life to spare according to the indicator on the handlebars. Really do love this bike and would definetly recommend it.

Not the most best set up but does work
I Purchased this bike at a reduced price of £318 which considering the battery alone would cost over £120 I thought I pick up a bargain. However, the bike is built for a price ,it’s not a Brompton (£3000 ),cheap parts have been used to keep the cost down. It’s basically a £75- 100 bike with a front wheel battery motor. The bike comes virtually assembled but Please check all nuts and bolts for tightness. My handlebars and chainwheel crank bolts were not up-to correct torque and these tend to have catastrophic results if they come loose whilst riding.Other nuts needed nipping up ,mudguards ,prop stand ,pannier .The deraileur H and L stop screws needed setting up and the brakes also needed adjustment. If you are not confident in setting up a cycle then please take it to a bike shop.My other concern was a horrendous crunching grinding noise when pedalling. The index gears was set up correctly so it had to be either the chain or the freewheel hub at fault.I put on a new chain KMC 8 speed (which is also compatible with 6/7 speed) and this solved the problem. It makes me wonder how many returns Amazon will receive back due to this sub standard cheap chain.I also decided to take the rear wheel off to take a closer inspection at the hub.The wheels have solid bolted spindles and the nuts were very tight ,the spanner provided with the bike was too short to gain leverage and resulted to use 12” long spanner to gain leverage.I would not like to do a puncture repair at the side of the road so maybe consider injecting slime puncture sealant into the inner tubes.Once the rear wheel was off I checked the spindle for smoothness and found it a-little grindy ,so I checked for grease in the bearings which was ok then adjusted correctly. There are also no bearing water seals so expect to strip and regressed if used in wet conditions. The hub has a screw on type Shimano 6 speed freewheel which could be upgraded to seven speed but this would also mean changing the handlebar grip gear selector too.The highest freewheel gear has 14 teeth and with the Chainset having 52 teeth this will be fine for most people but some may run out of gears on the flat ,spinning /pedalling like mad to gain or maintain speed .The electric side of the cycle works fine with the power kicking in when the sensors detect pedalling movement. It’s a basic sensor, If you stop pedalling the motor stops if you start pedalling the motor starts etc. There are three settings of power, a walk mode and off switch on the module attached on handle bars. There is no digital display of speed or mileage just lights showing how much battery left and what power mode is selected. On the highest setting the 250w motor pulls you approx 15mph on the flat with little pedal effort.I tested it on some real steep hills, ones that make you really suffer ,the speed dropped to 10mph with little pedalling. I weigh 63kg by the way.So the motor does work ,it’s not technical torque sensitive but it does the job and kind of gives you a sense of freedom on roads which you would tend to avoid because of the steep inclines. There are questionable issues on how durable this cycle will perform if used for the daily commute.Straight out of the box there are issues with the chain but that aside how long will other components last if used daily? There is play in the foldable pedals , bottom bracket looks cheap,I suspect the alloy hubs will wear out very soon if no bearing inserts are used. There are also some heavy items on the bike ,the big seat, steel mudguards ,steel handle bar assembly which could be replaced to lighten the bike.Going Electric does comes with a heavy price tag and as I said earlier it is not a £3000 Brompton and like many other Manufactures this cycle has been built for the budget market.Using a sub standard chain is an embarrassing way to cut cost which does needs addressing. This cycle will undoubtedly drop in price again. Is it worth £600 ??.Is it worth £318 ? Yes.

Nice bike but problem with charger
When the bike came the front mudguard was slightly dented (due to packing ) and the bell was broken but I still kept it .The bike is lovely looking and rides well …I loved it … my problem is that the charger that came with it does not work so I cannot recharge the battery for the first time ! Green button stays on all the time no power going to the battery so I am unable to use my new bike so really dissatisfied I have been given contact details via Amazon they have given me email address to the dealer I have sent an email to replace the battery for me as it’s still under warranty not had reply as yet.If I do not have any joy I will have to return it so disappointed.

Fantastic value if you can get it when it’s cheap!
I have been pleasantly surprised with this bike! I have been commuting to work and back on it for 3 weeks now (4.8 miles each way) and the battery easily handles the distance. As mentioned in the other comments, the bike does require some adjustments before riding: I had to straighten up the handle bars and loosen the disc break grips as they were rubbing.Once everything has been fine tuned, this bike proves to be very robust. It has a good amount of torque when accelerating and makes going up hill a walk in the park. My route to work has an elevation of 200m+ and it’s hardly noticeable.Would highly recommend this if you can get it less than £500! Keep an eye on the price!
