Good and sharp
We use this knife all the time for thing slices. Someone mentioned the guard got in the way and it didn't cut thru.... you have to draw the knife through whatever you are slicing(which is how a knife cuts as it's not a cleaver for chopping) so that the guard doesn't interfere with the last inch or so. We have no problems, but could see how someone unfamiliar with the proper use of a knife(it's not for chopping but slicing) could have trouble.

This cuts perfect slices of unsliced bread. The slice is even from top to bottom

Doesn't work at all!
Great idea. I could really have used this in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the knife doesn't cut at all! I tried this on several veggies and even bread. Could not get this to cut. Sadly, I waited too long to return them (couldn't find a box that would fit.) So now I'm stuck. Don't buy this whatever you do!
