Gorgeous, quiet, works great. All of the hanging wall clocks in my classroom over the years tend to fall off their hooks, so I decided to try this one that sits on top of a cupboard. It's easy to see, and I've gotten many compliments! It does recommend non-alkaline batteries, which were a bit hard to find in stores, so I ordered some from Amazon.

Love this clock. Got it to replace my old vintage mantle clock I had in my bedroom that had a loud ticker. Love the simplicity, size, and the wood finish looks beautiful. Best feature is that it makes no noise. Had it for 24 hours so far and the time is precise. Will update my review should I have any issues over the next few months.

I purchased this to replace an older outdatedly styled clock. I like the mid-century modern look and feel of this clock. However the clock I received was not the color as the one in the photo - the face on mine was much darker and it was impossible to see the time in low light. My grandson also couldn’t understand why the numbers were crooked and also why the number 1 was repeated so many times lol. Good quality though and didn’t make any noise.

I needed a large enough stand alone clock that you could see and tell the time if looking from across the room. I didn’t want it only functional, I wanted something that looked sleek, clean and beautiful, but doesn’t overpower the rest of the contents on my shelves

A battery lasts only about two months in this clock before it needs replacement. The clock begins to slow down, so gradually that I often don’t notice until I start arriving at appointments 10, 15, or 29 minutes early. I have a battery tester, so I know the batteries are fully charged when I insert them. Very frustrating and environmentally unsound, especially since the instructions specify no rechargeables. What a waste of $$$.

The clock arrived damaged. One of the plastic holders that holds the clock face together was loose in the box. The screw hole was stripped out. The outer housing is a very soft wood laminate type material. I just screwed it back in right next to the original screw hole. This clock will be in my massage therapy studio, so it does not need to be robust. But, the clock is large, very legible across the room, and really quite beautiful. It does one need old school carbon-zinc AA battery. Alkaline or rechargeable may damage the movement. The carbon-zinc batteries are easily sourced on Amazon, but not sure how hard they are to find locally. Despite the poor quality control, this lovely clock will be a welcome addition to my massage therapy and bodyworkstudio, plus help out these faltering eyes with the large, legible clock face. I love that it’s operation is silent; there is no ticking. I think it looks quite elegant in the space. It won’t get jostled around much, so I think the screws in the back will hold. Just know, it is a somewhat of a fragile clock. I don’t yet know how about accuracy.

Fit our needs very well for a living room clock and the wood finish matches the shelf it sits on. The face is just a bit dark to see when the lights are dim in the room.
