Best Headset I've Used
I recently upgraded to the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro, and it's been a game-changer. The sound quality is top-notch, with clear highs and deep lows that make gaming and music immersive. The active noise cancellation works well, especially in noisy environments. Comfort-wise, the headset is lightweight and fits snugly, even during long sessions. The swappable batteries are a lifesaver, ensuring I never run out of power mid-game. The base station is sleek and intuitive, allowing easy switching between devices. Overall, it's a premium headset that delivers on its promises.

The best for games
I’ve been using the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really happy with it. The sound is super clear, and I can actually hear where enemies are coming from in games, which helps a lot. It’s also really comfortable – I can wear it for hours without my ears hurting. The build feels solid, and the controls are easy to figure out. Overall, it just works really well for gaming and even for listening to music.

Decent...
I needed cabled headphones with good mic for the office - I'm in an environment where Bluetooth just can't hold a connection due to RF noise. These are very comfortable, sound good, and the mic seems to work well (nobody's complained about my voice after a few months of use so I'll assume they sound good). A few negatives, though: Due to the external DAC, I'm unable to to control the volume from my keyboard's volume buttons. I wish the cord between DAC and headphones was about 2' longer. It looks like a "standard" 4-pole "TRRS" cable should work, so I'll try ordering an 8-10' cable to use instead and will update if there's issues there. Also, a PSA: There's volume knobs on both the DAC - but also on the headphones. I forgot about the headphone one, and was going to say these weren't loud enough until I re-noticed the headphone adjustment when looking at the cable.

They look new but sound recycled, un-useable.
Out of the box they looked great. They are very comfortable and the on desk controller seemed like it would be awesome. Only if it worked. the audio was completely scrambled sounding. i messed around with them quite a bit because i truly wanted them to work. Disappointed they didn't. Im looking at getting the full price brand new ones but they are so damn expensive.

Great sound
Nicely adjustable with their GG app and the DAC but be aware that if you want to add in your external speakers to switch between those and the headphones, you will need an additional 3.5 3-pole audio cable to connect the DAC to your speakers.

Shopping on a budget, look no further
very happy for my purchase from Only1deal. To get a high value item refurbished and it works very well for a steal. I will definitely be a returning customer

Nova Pro - Wired
Came in a brown box that looked to be direct from SteelSeries. Everything was individually wrapped/sealed in the box. Came with everything that would brand new. Works flawlessly... one of the best sounding headsets I have ever owned. Zero regrets and extremely happy with it! This thing is amazing. I just bought a second. From what I can tell, these are SteelSeries Certified Refurbs. And for the guy that says there is a bad echo with the mic, that is called sidetone so you can hear yourself. You can turn it off. Absolutely nothing wrong with the device.

USB cable that isn’t charge only works to extend
I game on ps5 pro with a tv about 15 feet away on my couch. I’ve tried a lot of headset recently and all had some issue that didn’t make the cut. Almost all of them don’t get loud enough imo. These… get super loud. They have a built in preset for different games also nice. I was able to run a 20 foot usba-c from my ps5 to the couch. If there is a caveat it’s that the presets are for games that are pretty old- I just match them to the closest genre I’m playing. After some time the headset does start to annoy the back edge of my ears but my ears are larger. So it’s an issue with almost every headset. Chatmix would make these perfect but sadly ps5 removed it so they can sell more of their headsets. All in all this is perfect for my needs and you can’t beat the price on refurb.

i bought these as cheap returns and they are over-engineered and not particularly great sounding either. Look elsewhere. I ended up buying a £15 usb microphone and using Audio Technia headphones.

Muy cómodos para nada molestan por el tema del peso al utilizarlos mucho tiempo y la calidad del audio muy buena justo lo que esperaba

I've used this headset about half a dozen times so far, and overall, I'm very impressed. The sound quality is great. The audio is clear and crisp, which definitely enhances the gaming experience. The mic also works perfectly, ensuring clear communication with my teammates. What really stands out is the comfort. These headphones are genuinely comfortable; I could easily see myself using them for long gaming sessions without getting a headache. My only current hurdle is the desk controller. I'm still trying to figure out how to work all of the settings and features. But I'll get here eventually. Overall it's a very comfortable headset with excellent sound and mic quality. The desk controller has a learning curve, but the quality makes the investment worthwhile.

Got this as a replacement to my aging hyperx cloud 2 and figured id try my luck with a renewed product to save money and get a better quality headset. Sound is much more clear and crisp than hyperx 2. The mic is about the same and that is to say its ok nothing great, but it seems like all headsets you buy these days with a mic attached is that way anyhow. Came looking like new and only missing the pop filter which i can buy for around $10 cdn for a pack of them, so i cant complain getting a huge discount and the only trade off is a pop filter. I've had them for about 3 weeks now without any issues.
