They slip up and down and you have to keep pulling them up while running.

My thigh circumference measures 18" at 5" above the top of kneecap, so I ordered Large. I got an irritation rash from the silicone grippers on the first use, but after laundering there have been no issues. Worn under lycra bike shorts , they do not slip down. Worn under other shorts with a loose hem, however, the sleeves slip down and need to be periodically pulled back up. Like all Lycra garments, the fabric will start pilling at chafing points and get snagged by velcro. I carried these in my backpack while visiting the Holy Land in summer wearing cargo shorts because many religious sites require you to cover your legs before entering.

Got this for my boyfriend and he really likes it. Only thing I’d say it definitely size up at least one size because the thigh band is tight. It is also kind of slick so his brace slides sometimes. Other than that he likes it

I would have a pic but amazon wants all my info.I'm always in the sun on black top for work so these were great blocked the sun so it didn't bug me.. my only negative is that the band to hold it up is tight.. not good for people with bad circulation.

Compression sleeves needed to be longer for a better fit

The only problem with these are that they are slightly long. They go up really high on the thigh, almost in the groin. Other than that, they are thicker than most cheaper sleeves, and the compression could stand to be a little tighter.
