Rust Remover for Stone – Suitable for Porcelain, Sandstone Pavers, Tiles & More

So i messed up my sandstone patio, by putting acid cleaner on it to remove mortar stains. Acid on sandstone brings out the iron minerals, causing rust stains.This stuff has been pretty effective on removing some of these stains! I need to continue with multiple cleaning sessions, but it's definitely reduced the orange rust staining.You can see in the photo the widespread rust that the product is addressing. It turns purple when it contacts with rust.All in all I'd say it's a worthwhile product, and does as described.Red is untreated, green is treated.

Impressive. Poured a little on rust on my white outdoor tiles. Immediately turned purple as it reacted to the rust. Scrubbed with a brush over the next couple of minutes and the rust was gone.

A lot of money for removing some small rust spots but it is really effective! Removed the rust straight away.

It does what it says on the bottle.

Excellent at removing rust stains -so easy to use.

This works very well, but is overpriced. If you happen to have a five pound bottle of car wheel cleaning spray - the stuff that changes colour on brake dust - you might find it does the same job - just saying!
