Q: After I step off the scale, the weight changes? Which number is the right one? What is the difference?

I’m having this same problem. I have different weights before setting my height, after setting my height, and after the BMI is calculated.

Firstly, step on the scale gently, let the display show on, and wait about 10 seconds, then step on the scale after you see ‘0.0’ shows on the scale. 3. Step off after the weighing result is stable.
