Excellent sound and power
I come from the LD System Curv 500, dual speakers, they sounded great for small venues, but one time I had a gig (we usually play macimum 5 musicians togheter) but the client asked us to use their Ev speakers instead (two of these models elx 200) and it was so hi fidelity and power that I has to buy them. I don’t know if it could fulfill more requirements than we need, but I recommend them hands down, surely pairing with the subwoofer would be significantly better, great value for money, I got them on a diacount season. The bluetooth qorks great for basix settings. About the weight I can easily pick both at once, one in each hand. They work great, looking forward to buy also the sub so it gets better

Absolutely worth every penny! DJs in the music industry, do not miss this deal or brand. EV speakers provide bass along with high-quality, clear sound.

Everything I wanted and more
The sound is powerful. I had a very old set of EVs from 1992 (that still work) and it only took me 30 years to just want new tech.During a party, a friend says, “those aren’t your old speakers. Wow”They are light too. Handles in the right places and o easily moved them myself with a slightly bad back. No issue.I have the built in amp version so a small mixer and one / two speakers is a mic and great sounds for a small event and then bring both heads (dual 12s) and both subs (dual 18s) when you just want to kick all forms of tail even outside.

good buy
The only problem is u can't connect directly to the speaker via Bluetooth, you need an app which is not available because of my location. I had to buy a Bluetooth mixer.

Good speaker
In my opinion this is a good speaker but lacks the power I need like the QSC. It's slightly distorted and was not for me.

it is expensive ... but it is worth it
I changed my old Peavey passive equipment for a couple of these little active beasts ... best decision ever. It is a lot easier to move around.This particular item is very well balanced, I complemented it with ELX200 subwoofer and the result was astonishing for the size of the equipment.
