I plan to use this little dremel for various things..Of course tinkering around and making crafts..But I also have 2 Parrotlette's and also a Conure that need their nails and beaks smoothed down once in a while..My other dremel is big and louder..This will be perfect for all 3.They will appreciate me getting them a smaller quieter one. It came with alot of tools to use..I've never tried etching glass..Excited to try a project..Last I have to give my 88yr old Mom a pedicure when needed..All her foot Drs. tell her I do a good job..The smaller dremel will be very nice for that. Perfect size and love the storage case to keep everything in.

First off, I do own a Dremel rotary tool, as well as oodles of attachments and bits, even the flex shaft. When it comes to light use: model building, small sanding jobs, even grinding finger nails and claws, the Dremel is overkill. This rotary tool is PERFECT for these every day uses. Plus, it’s cordless and rechargeable! I am an avid gunpla (plastic Gundam model) builder, and use this unit almost daily. Mostly I use it with my Dspiae sanding sponge bits. These work perfect for sanding remnants of runner nubs, and mainly under gate nubs. (I’ve found the lowest RPM setting is perfect for this). I also use it with “diamond” cutting wheels on old runners when making diy customizations. Also, Battery life: I use this almost daily. 3-5 times per week at the least, and still, I only need to charge it every 2-3 months. And sometimes, I do that preemptively just so I don’t have to worry about it dying mid project. So far after almost 2 years, I have no complaints, other than the “Power -“ button cover is wearing off. Completely cosmetic and bound to happen with daily use. One day, I know this will go to the “Toolbox in the Sky”, so when that day does come, I WILL buy this one again!

Very nice little tool with allot of accessories but if you really want a nice set of accessories buy the one sold by Walmart anyway the rotary tool here is pretty nice for the price I actually use it a pretty good bit for sharpening and polishing mostly

This is not a high powered tool for use in construction and home repairs. This is for small arts and crafts projects. I have had it for one day, and I have already customized a Star Trek communicator-keychain by removing the plain sticker array and replacing it with a customized lenticular array. Then I used it to customize some guns and gear for a GI Joe 12 inch action figure that I've made to resemble a character from my Rainbow 6 video game. In the future, I will use it to customize and/or repair several resin statues and figurines that need a little tlc. It came charged. Charging is easy, and it gives a green light when finished. 5 speeds are very useful. Built in light is ok, but not really necessary for me. Has plenty of attachments to suit every job. The round cutting disks are super efficient at making quick work of plastic or soft wood. My only complaint is that the unit does not have an "on-off" safety feature where if you drop it or otherwise lose control of it, (thereby releasing an "on-off" safety switch), the unit would shut down. This tool will just keep spinning until the 5 speed button is pressed repeatedly to the off position. This can be particularly dangerous if one is using the round cutting disk. So be warned. Other than that, the unit works great, and I am very happy with it. It comes with a nice case and the attachments are all boxed in 2 plastic holding containers inside the case. Everything fits neatly inside for storage. Overall, highly recommend, regardless of that one safety caveat.

Es un aparato con gran potencia y con accesorios muy completos. Si lo recomiendo, ya que la pila tiene buen rendimiento y sobre todo que al ser inalámbrico es muy práctico su uso. Además que tiene buena ergonomía.

I bought this product to thin my thick toenails. There are products available for nails, but I was looking for a product that was cordless, slim and could be taken into the bathroom. I already had accessories specifically for nail kits, so I made sure there was a wide range of collets available when I bought the product. In fact, there are six different types, which was enough for me. This is important because if there are no different types of collets, you have to look for them separately, which is time-consuming. I will not mention whether the included kit accessories are suitable for the purchaser as it depends on the individual, but the product is within the expected range for my application. If there is one drawback, I would like to see an instruction manual on how the use of the accompanying kit accessories can be utilized.
