The CNC mechanical metal test plug is intended for use to seal the end of pipe to hold pressure while testing the piping system. It can also be used for temporary sealing of pipes and fittings until permanent repairs can be made or used to replace a threaded plug of similar size when faced with damages threads.

Really does fit a 3 1/2 inch opening
I have been searching for a 3.5 inch plug for the sewer clean out on my parents 1930s house. Neither the 3 or 4 inch plugs found at local hardware stores worked and this is the 3rd plug ordered off Amazon. Both of the other Amazon ordered plugs said they would fit a 3.5 inch opening, but they didn't. This fits perfectly and creates a solid seal. Well worth the money

Works perfectly.
I have a floor drain in my basement that occasionally backs up during heavy rainfall. This plug totally cures that issue.

Used as storage area seals on tractor F.E.L.
I got these to plug the ends of the main support pipe on my tractor front end loader to use as storage for a chain and perhaps other small items.The outside of the pipe is 4" and the inside is 3.5", these fit perfectly.

Hard to find
They work fantastic when you can find them. Many people have three and a half inch drains and they're very difficult to find You need to keep making these. PLEASE!!!

Nice thick seal
Tried a plug from lowest first but wasn't doing the job. This one has a much wider rubber seal and does a great job on sewer plug.
