This is so bomb I don't get the bad reviews. I washed the rag exactly to the instructions. Wet it with warm water. And stood back in awe. It removes literally all my makeup waterproof or not (haven't tried it with lip stuff) went at my face with the eraser side then the exfoliating side. Wiped my face with a makeup remover wipe and was shocked when I saw a very slight amount on it from where I missed the eraser on my neck. If it holds up washing which I'm sure it will, I will be holding on to this and probably buying a second as backup incase I misplace it. It works THAT well.

Got my Microfiber Make-up remover cloth yesterday. It did removed my make-up just with water as described. I am always looking for things that save me money but they also must, if in any way possible, be environmentally friendly so it frustrates me when an article that will help to reduce your foot print is packed in plastic.

This product has changed my makeup routine. It quickly and easily removes mascara, at least normal mascara, I don't wear waterproof. It takes all the makeup off, nothing is left on my face. It is the most amazing product I've ever used. It makes taking off your makeup at night a breeze. No more water dripping down your elbows, water in the floor and looking for the hair band to get all the hair out of your face.I have really sensitive skin and have to be super careful about what cleaners I use. Since this towel works with just water my face is safe!!

I thought that the add on Amazon showed 5 per package for $15. Okay price based on others I looked at. What arrived was one per package...at $15. Ouch! I bought 2 packages. The product is okay but not as good as others I've used, that cost $15 for 5. Disappointed in all ways.

Doesn't work like it should. I thought it was going to be like the one from Makeup Essentials. Not even close.

Ok, I have literally no idea how this works with only water, but it really does! I usually wear light liquid foundation, powder, eyeshadow, and mascara (regular, not waterproof). I have very fair and sensitive skin, but I like to really cleanse it before bed at night. Using make up remover towelettes and then my regular face wash was getting too irritating on my skin. I tried this - it’s a miracle! I literally just use water, rub it around my face, and poof! My make up comes off! It’s very soft and very gentle, so when I go to use my face wash after, my skin isn’t irritated. I rinse off the residual makeup on the towel with a little bit of hand soap after I use it. Seriously, I don’t understand this thing, but trust me - it works! And with only water!

Absolutely love this facial cloth. I use it everyday. I've used other brands and they are not comparable. This one works to remove makeup easily as advertised. I had my stuff stolen so I lost my last one and ordered the same one. It was holding up well after months of continuous use both at home and backpacking. I highly recommend it!

It works amazingly!! I use it instead of a washcloth to remove my makeup with oil makeup remover...And I use it to take off my masks... Doesn't make my face as red and sore afterward (you will need more than water though)
