Good, but READ BEFORE BUYING as there are some things to think about
Pros:- Kid only has to manage one bag/item. If your kid is prone to losing lunchboxes, this is great!- Kid likes it.- water bottle holder actually fits normal/adult sized water bottles, and is adjustable so it cinches to keep any size in place.- Cooler is actually decent and with a good ice pack it keeps things cold all day.Cons:- The cooler area is smaller than I'd like - I can fit the bentgo box, ice pack, and juice box in there, not much room for snacks.- It's annoying to have to keep lunch/snacks in the fridge and pack the bag in the morning - when he had a separate lunch box I could pack it all the night before and just keep the lunch box in the fridge overnight and grab it on the way out. This is the thing I didn't think about, and recommend considering before buying. If you are fine with not being able to pre-pack, then it's a great bag!

Great Backpacks - Even Better Customer Service!
I bought 2 of these bags about a year ago now, one is going strong, and the other sadly split between the backpack and the separate insulated area for the lunchbox.I was upset. But then I contacted Bentgo's customer service team, and was blown away by how helpful and efficient they were. 3 days later, a brand new replacement arrived under warranty. When Bentgo say they'll cover it under warranty, they really mean it!Stuff happens, but these bags are fantastic!- There's enough room for their books/folders etc- There's a roomy front pocket- Drawstring waterbottle holder that you can adjust to ensure the bottles stay in- And the insulated lunch compartment is just fantastic!Overall, I'm super happy with these backpacks, AND with Bentgo's awesome customer service!

Perfect Bag for Pre-K
I found this book-bag perfect for my 3 year old and the needs for school. Inside is big enough for the school folder and has all type of pocket for my kids needs,. Best part is I don't need to worry about his lunchbox missing since its built in at the bottom. I wish the lunch box was a little wider and a insulated area to put his a bottle for milk, keeping the other area for a water bottle but all and all I get to fit everything in here. I would buy it again.

Functional and high quality
My kids love these backpacks. The prints are fun, and they hold so much! The lunchbox section at the bottom makes it so easy for them to get their food and snacks without rummaging through the main section or getting things messy!
