A nice way to improve grip feel.
First off, I want to thank this company for sending both the small and large buttons, since I had no idea which one I was going to put on first. I eventually settled on the smaller size for both, but I imagine you could mix and match to what feels most comfortable. Installation was very simple, and they label everything to make sure you know exactly where each rubber bit and tape should go. They feel very secure after a month, and I haven't had any issues of them starting to peel or falling off. The rubber can get a little bit slippery if my hands are sweaty, but with how much the buttons stick out from the back, as well as the hexagonal carvings in the rubber, my fingers never slid off of the buttons. If you are prone to getting wet hands when playing, I would probably suggest you try to find a design that has raised bumps on the rubber instead of carved indents.

Awesome enhancement for the Steam Deck. Definitely recommend
I had a little trouble getting the stickers to work because the room to pull off the backside is so small, but once I did that, I was set. They give you plenty of backup stickers too (double what you need) so no issue there. The back buttons are very useful in games but I’ve always found them a little awkward to press so at times I’ve found myself taking my thumb off the right stick and reaching for the face buttons even when I shouldn’t. These grips change that. They feel great and add slightly to the ergonomics of the Deck as a whole since it’s easier to rest my fingers on the back. It all comes in a small pouch too so you can store the extra button and sticker set very easily. Everything I could ask for really. Definitely recommend them if you’re experiencing similar difficulties with the Deck’s buttons. Most of the other products similar to this are just stickers to make them more grippy or add texture, but this makes them actually easier to press.

Installing is a hassle, defective adhesive strips
To install the buttons, they give you double sided tape pads. It's similar to putting on a screen protector, simple process. They gave 3 me sets of 4 stickers. Turns out I needed all three. Two of the sets only had adhesive on one side, and the third set had the plastic cover bent into the tape slightly so I had to cut it to pry the plastic cover off. Once they're installed, they're good. Improves the back button feel

Comfort-Boosting Back Button Grips for Steam Deck OLED
I picked up these back button enhancement grips for my Steam Deck OLED and overall I’m pleased with them. Not many of the games I play actually use the back buttons, but I find that the grips make holding the device more comfortable all the time, even when I’m not actively using the buttons. They add just enough thickness and contour to help with grip and reduce fatigue during longer sessions. I have average-sized hands and tried both the taller and shorter button grips. The taller grips are fine, but the shorter ones are perfect for my hand size and feel the most natural. Installation requires a bit of patience to get the placement just right, but the kit includes extra double-sided tape, which is helpful in case you need to reposition them. Overall these grips are a solid addition if you want a more comfortable hold on your Steam Deck OLED, regardless of how often you use the back buttons.

A must have for back button users
As someone who has been using the back buttons on more premium controllers for years, I found the back buttons on the steam deck to be to flush with the body of it. These solve that issue by providing elevated buttons with a stiff textured grip that allows me to both hold & press the buttons down more easily than the stock buttons. I've had these installed on my steam deck for well over a yr and they still hold up really good. At first I waited to write a review to see if they would fall off after some time & then completely forgot, but I've only had to install them once & they have stuck really well. It comes with 2 different sets of different heights which was great as I was able to install the ones I didn't use on my wife's steam deck at the beginning of the year & they are also still holding up well 8 months later. I definitely recommend them & if I ever get another steam deck, I will definitely be buying these again.

Awkward to attach
Helped with the finger pain and they haven’t even moved since sticking them a bit awkward to stick on in the first place though

Great for what they do, but adhesive seems to wear out within a year
Bought these at the beginning of 2023 for my LCD Steam Deck and at the time, they came with two sets of adhesive, which made putting them on my OLED in December 2023 easy. Shame it looks like they only sell with one sheet now, especially since you may not be sure what thickness you want to use. From December 2023, until Mid-Late Oct 2024 the adhesive worked fine (enough). I noticed a few months ago that the buttons were kind of starting to slide around, leading to my finger being able to physically touch the adhesive during normal use. But now the stickers are just about fallen off. They're genuinely a great improvement to make the back buttons easier to push in. I'd wrote using the Steam Deck's back buttons entirely until putting these on. The higher thickness set works exceptionally well if you have your Steam Deck in any sort of protective case.
