First, let me address things that I wanted to know when I read the reviews so that you can compare My hair is medium length comes to slightly under my earits fine, colored but naturally gray with a bend in it it’s not curly, but it has a slight wave in it. Previously products with a brush just wouldn’t grab my hair because it’s so fine and soft And when I first took it out of the box, my feeling was wow the brush is just too big for my hair, but I absolutely found that i love this brushthere is a learning curve between the regular setting or the higher one as far as the volume of air and it does get a bit warm on the tip, but not so hot you can’t hold it. I love that the cord will turn around the brush and not get snagged and most of all I love that my hair will not get caught that I have to cut it out of my headso here’s what I discovered to do my hair I start out I section my hair because this way I’m not grabbing hair all over the place and I also found that I like to start off on the higher setting for about a second or two, and then turn it down to the lowest setting as I bring the brush back through my hair, and then I’ll move to a new section and if I don’t rush, it make sure that I’m drying each section my hair comes Out great and it’s fast I can’t believe how much faster than a hairdryer. The reason I wanted it was because I have a back problem and standing, holding my arm over my head, blowing my hair out with a hairdryer just became too painful. This is much quicker, and I like the results.

This is an excellent handheld dryer brush! It's light and easy to use for my small hands, my current drying brush styler is too heavy to use for more than a few minutes and too large to dry my bangs and the back of my head easily. This brush is great for fixing my bangs in the morning and for drying my under layers of hair. The bristles are thinner and the heat reaches closer to my head which speeds drying time. This is good for travel as it's not too heavy at all. The inner plate heats up quickly and the air speed is good for wet hair. What I do is towel dry my hair for about 10-15 minutes, then start brushing through the top layers of my hair with the brush on high. After those sections are less damp I clip them out of the way and work on the lower sections and back of my head. Overall a good quality brush for the price and I love that it's easy to use.

First impression: great amount of air movement, even on low. Not too heavy and actually looks well well made. The brish was a nice size.I think part of my own issue is I do not know how to use this type of tool. I have medium/short hair in back and wuite long in front with an angled bob. It worked great in back, and at the scalp. However, sadly with medium to long hair gets caught around the brush and gets sucked in bottom of the wand. Maybe there is a technique I am missing.It was REALLY great to curve the ends of your hair, long or short, if that is what you want.However, it was great for volume at the crown and scalp, and I have really heavy hair.When the company saw my review went down, they reached out! They offered a replacement or refund. I cannot state how great their customer service was to try to fix my issue, or find a solution.

First this hand held brush hair dryer is very heavy and large for a medium size hand. For a senior with arthritic fingers it was very difficult to hold or maneuver. The heat is very low so drying is very slow. For these reasons I am trying to return this product.Returning this product was a nightmare. When I took the dryer neatly packed in the original package, the UPS Store refused to accept as they insisted the package had to be in the small plastic bag the item was shipped. The plastic envelop was torn in several places to remove the item which was discarded. When I sought help to return this item, it was not possible to get assistance on the Amazon website, the GET Further Help does not connect with anything after trying three different times. Amazon does not provide assistance to return this item, that is eligible to return, confirmed in writing. We have never had to have exact packaging material when returning items to the UPS Store. We are hoping an Amazon Return Center at Kohls will help us.

My hair is just above my shoulders and have used a styling tool like this for many years. I really like the JINRI because it is easy to hold and light weight. Other reviews stated it is heavy, but my older hair is much heavier. I do wish that you could take the top brush off like last hair tool so easy yo travel with! No complaints other than that ! I always let my hair dry naturally and just damp in the end and use the hair tool. I don’t think it is meant to be a hair dryer where you completely dry your wet hair with it. It is a great styling tool.

After buying and returning 4 different hairdryers in the past week, I have come to the obvious conclusion that the Jenri hair dryer is the only one that works well on my hair. I would give the product 5 stars but I have previously ordered this dryer twice in the past 1.5 years and now, unfortunaely, am purchasing again because I can not find a suitable replacement. The dryer overheats after I've had it a few months and I immediately unplug if from the outlet. I keep the hairdryer clean so that is not the issue. I contacted Amazon and I was given an out of country number to call. No assistance at all. So, here I go "place your order" one more time!!

This is well worth the money. I bought another hot air styling brush which was awkward to use when having to change hands to the left side of my head (I'm right handed). This styler was easy to work with and gave great results on my long hair.
