Great item, and great store.
It delivered quicker than expected. The drone is awesome as expected. I paid for the fly more package, and got everything that was promised. It does ship Multiple packages, The landing pads and Memory card is shipped separately, and was only a day Ahead of the drone. I received everything a week a head of Promised delivery date.

WOW, nice!!! Very easy to fly.
This thing fly's like a dream. Got the video controller and once all was set up, I took it out to fly and it was awesome. Camera is easy to work and video and pics turn out great. I just had to learn not to be so excited and slow down my controls and it went smother and much better. Have not tried the range on it yet, however the app on the controller is really easy to use.

Adorama and Amazon customer service saves the day
Had a lot of issues with my drone purchase. But diligent customer service on the part of Amazon, Adorama and DJI resulted in a satisfactory resolution. I'm a happy customer once again.

Great Product
I test this drone and it handles great. The only problem I have is that I bought the combo package and everything wasn't in the box. I was missing the propellers. The company wrote me after I got in touch with them and the want me to send it back. I choose not to because I did not want to wait on another one to be ship to me . I will buy some propellers myself, thanks

DJI insurance horrible support won't honor insurance claim
DJI makes a good drone, but they try harder to deny your claim. Good luck getting your insurance to handle the claim. Three weeks on an obvious fly away claim, landed in the water and they will not support the claim. Drone clearly landed in the water, I sent in all the flight records and I keep getting the run-around. buy a comparable if I were you. VERY DISATISFIED. three stars because it's not the drones fault, three stars for the tech support with the insurance. A fly away will cost you $169.00 with the insurance. if they will honor the claim. We'll see, and I'll update this review when that happens
