Pretty good for the price
Not a bad bit of kit for the average diy’r does everything I need it to do. Put together quite well & quite precise with the cut. I did have 2 small nuts & an alen key bolt left over after assembly that were not on the instruction diagram or in the parts list, the after sales team couldn’t help me with where they fitted & said possibly spares for something. I do hope they aren’t important

For the price this is a great table saw
For the price this is a great table saw. The blade has lasted after lots of usage. The side table supports are not too strong so do not leave heavy items on them. The rip fence works but not too reliably; I have built my own rip fence now which works better. Using bthis table without a vac is doable but you will need to remove the blade and clean out the sawdust regularly. Overall good table saw at a great price. Use it to make some items that you can sell and then buy a more expensive saw once you have got to grip with the basics.

Not quite perfect but value for money
This is a low-cost, powerful and effective piece of kit with good height and angle adjustment, 3.5 inch max cut and sturdy construction. For the money, it's hard to fault but the fence is not really fit for purpose. This is easily overcome by attaching a longer piece of straight wood or aluminium angle to it which can be G-cramped at the far end of the table to make it rock solid. Then it's fine. The blade is a bonus and OK for undemanding work but I've fitted a DeWalt replacement which cuts a treat. All in all a very good buy.

post assembly are great. Assembly took longer than expected
First impressions, post assembly are great.Assembly took longer than expected, but once put together, a solid Top Saw.Initial tests give accurate cuts. Major project for which I purchased the Top Saw is just about to commence. The 5* rating has been awarded based on initial impressions.Peter - Nottingham - October 2016

Great saw but no good for me...
I purchased this saw being an keen hobbyist carpenter. I figured it looked large enough to handle most of my projects and powerful enough to cut through most wood.On the saw front it is awesome. It cuts very well cleanly and efficiently. Yes it's noisy but its a 2000w saw...Now the problem. The fence is rubbish. Firstly it's only attached to the front guide of the saw so you get some flex. Yes you can jimmy rig a clamp, but it's only half the depth of the saw so clamping is not easy and might not be that accurate. However the real issue is the lack of flexibility or 'rip capacity'. I didn't notice but in the pictures the fence guide is only along the middle part of the saw - not the 2 supports which means you can only cut about 19cm of material whilst using the fence! You could still clamp on your own fence... or like me you can move the guide from the front along to the left or right support, but guess what, that only gives you 39cm of adjustment. To compare the Dewalt and Bosch compact table saws have around 65cm - granted they are 3 times the price but also smaller than this beast. For me this was a deal breaker and returned the saw, I will end up spending more and buying something more suitable to my needs. It's also worth noting no assembly instructions were included - I did get a Scheppach catalogue though... Not an issue for myself but worth mentioning. The other thing I'd saw is this unit is big! I was surprised at it's size when it arrived and quite a nice feature is you don't have to use the legs if you don't want to, but the side supports are bolted in place and cannot be folded down - this would have been a good. All in, if you want to cut wood less than 19cm wide this saw is great value for money. However if you want to cut things over that you will likely struggle.I gave it 3 stars as it can cut wood well, but it did not meet my requirements to handle larger bits of wood.

Easy to put together and dose the job
After buying a chop saw for cutting up oak staves that lasted only one day Bought this and works brilliant cut up hundreds of lengths into 8” pieces and still going strong well worth the money

Great Machine.
Great machine, easy to assemble, But, the only fault I found it was a bit noisy, apart from that it is a good machine. Well worth the price.

Reviews can be misleading....read on!
I bought this saw on a whim and I'm so pleased with the outcome ! Working within the instructions in the manual this machine will do everything within its capability to a high standard for many years and will match machines many times more expensive!
