Perfect for pizza lunching. Size is great for opening the dough and keeping the size consistent. I would definitely recommend it!

Well made, good price
Am using it to launch pizzas into my Ooni Koda pizza oven. With some semolina on the peel, the pizzas slide easily into the oven. The oven gets to 950 F, so you have avoid leaving the tip of the peel on the stone for more than an instant or it will char. Too thick to use to remove pizza from the oven; for that I use a metal peel.

Good quality and perfect size for small pizza ovens
Holding up well - have been using for about 4 months, perfect size for the smaller outdoor pizza ovens. We liked it - so bought another one to keep pizzas going in and out of the oven faster.

QUALITY
I bought an Ooni Koda 12 and needed a small peel to launch my pizzas. I originally bought a bamboo peel for five dollars cheaper, and was super disappointed with the quality. I spent a little more money and ordered this one and boy am I happy with the quality. It's got a little bit of heaviness to it and the wood is super smooth and polished. LOVE IT!

To think. Also, It's 12 inches but you can't fit a 12 inch pizza on it do to the design.

Perfect size for our OONI pizza oven
We have the smallest sized OONI pizza oven so we needed this slightly smaller peel to fit. Ideal height and feels like quality material. Loving it so far!

Excellent size and quality, perfect to use with my Ooni Volt. I was looking to replace my more expensive Ooni peel as it was quite singed (from my poor use of it.) However, this was much cheaper and just as good quality. Very pleased! :)

Acheté pour utiliser avec un four Kodi 12, j'utilise cette pelle pour enfourner les pizzas. Rien à redire, la pelle est solide, et avec les bonnes dimensions pour le four Ooni. Elle résiste bien à la chaleur et aux coups de couteau. Elle peut aussi servir de plat de présentation. Je recommande.
