Scotch Naturals Non-Toxic Nail Polish, Balmoral Punch (royal raspberry creme)

I loved the fact there was zero odor to this product, however, it came off practically immediately. I saw it coming off when I was mixing a bowl of salad with my hands (without dressing, so it could not have been due to a reaction with vinegar, etc.) and was afraid to eat the salad afterwards.I would love to see products such as this without odor. I can deal with the additonal cost of the products is of quality.Thank you!

Love the color and density But comes out too easy, painted on the morning and by noon it looked like a week old mani.

Chips easily but it has no bad smells and there are no bad toxins in it. I prefer this over regular nail polish that is bad for your health. Double coat it and this helps!

Chemical smell, not original label

So, I was hoping for a non-toxic alternative to regular nail polish. I came across Scotch which is actually a local company (Arizona.) While the color is pretty and there was almost no smell, well, you'll wear it for a couple hours and then it'll be gone! (That's even with the clear coat on top!) I would use this if I were going to a meeting or lunch, somewhere I could have pretty nails, but not care if I had to re-do them the next day. On to the next alternative. . .

I have become Scotch Naturals' number one fan, and I want other health-conscious consumers to know that it's an excellent product, BUT IT MUST BE APPLIED CORRECTLY. I did my own thing, used another brand's base coat (safe but not water-based), didn't follow directions, and got nail polish that peeled right off, as other SN reviewers have complained. Then I went to Scotch Naturals website and followed their directions to the letter:[...]AT NIGHT, BEFORE BED, I buffed my nails to make the surface as smooth as I could; I applied base coat, 2 coats color, and top coat, waiting only a few minutes in between coats as directed. MY POLISH STAYED ON AND LOOKED GOOD ALL WEEK!!! Scotch Naturals set a new record for me, and I have always expected polish to start chipping and peeling after a few days. But this stuff was hard as rocks after it cured overnight. I did exercise caution and used gloves when I did dishes.I always get compliments when I wear SN colors because they are unique, bold and precise colors, and not every company can make a good color in my opinion. When I compare SN colors to other brands, the others look bland and vulgar. It's easy to make a green or turquoise with too much yellow or brown in it: it's not easy to make an emerald green with the slightest touch of blue (Seething Jealousy), a brilliant yellow with a hint of green (Lemon Highlander), a stunning brown-gray (Hot Toddy) or a true Dijon mustard yellow (Amber's Revenge). I have never seen colors like these before; someone at SN has a brilliant eye for color.NO ODOR, NO TOXINS, DRIES IN MINUTES, HARD FINISH THAT LASTS (on properly prepared nails) AND STUNNINGLY-UNIQUE COLORS: I am a Scotch Naturals convert and enthusiastic supporter!!!!!
