very happy with this, really good for parmesan, ginger, and so on, finely grating as required. Very good quality too and the plastic guard it comes with is strong

Shreds parmesan, fresh ginger and garlic with ease (not all at once obviously). The handle is well made and it cleans in the dishwasher just fine. I can see this lasting years and years. Perfect.

Excellent product. Zests and shreds various things like citrus, garlic, chocolate and hard cheese perfectly. Much better than the previous one I had. Would recommend.

the only draw back it is very fine grate, so very good for parmesan ect where you need a fine grated cheese not so good for cheddar where you need a more course grate

A zester is a zester, right? That's what I thought but I was wrong.I had never heard of this brand before using the zester in a patisserie course. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and the amount of zest produced compared to my one at home. I immediately ordered one for myself - well, once I could make up my mind which colour to get! Amusingly, several other attendees on the course were also just as impressed and were going to buy this for themselves too. I'm so pleased with this zester. It is really good quality and now, making lemon tarts is an absolute breeze!

This is a nice addition to the kitchen for grating ginger nutmeg and Parmesan cheese. It’s longer then expected but nice to hold and has a protective cover.
