Easy to swallow
Took these for bloating and they seemed to really help. No smell, easy to swallow. Nice and soft. Would buy a gun when needed.

Caffeine did not agree with sleep :0(
Recently gained about 6 pounds. I honestly was able to identify that it was from excess water weight. This was right before a vacation and going to the doctor did not fit time constraints.Amazon to the rescue!! Ordered these bad boys and literally arrived hours later. I was a bit nervous to take too may as reviews cautioned urinating often prior to traveling. I definitely was not going to do that dance in a 7 hour flight. HOWEVER, being a go big or go home individual that I am- I figured …eh, let’s roll the dice. You know what I got? Nothing.I took this throughout my vacation and it was not really a help. I saw no noticeable difference. I did see a small difference when I returned home, the caffeine seemed to add a little life in my day BUT then the ah ha moment explained why I had not been sleeping well too. Caffeine-uptake. Duh!I’m sure this is great for others, just did not work wonders for me.

Has coffeine, do not use in evening
They arrived hermetically sealed, the expiration date is fine, and the tablets are not large. They help with swelling; it’s better to take them in the morning because they contain caffeine and it’s hard to fall asleep if you take them in the evening.I’m satisfied — the swelling on my face is completely gone, and I’ve lost 2 kg

Years of happiness
I love these! I have been using them for years. After I fly I’ll take them for. Day or two. I will also take them a day or two before an event to loose any water weight. Excellent tool. I also keep the caffeine free ones on hand as well. These are strong so I only take one at a time and that does it for me.
