Makes me proud to be a 90's kid
Feeling slightly guilty that I hadn't watched this film and being born in the heart of the disney renaissance I bought this with my little sister. Even though it is slightly plotless it is an incredible film, with everything that I love about disney in one film. Despite the dodgy english accents I loved this film and everyone should watch it if they want a good disney film. The songs are wonderful, especially 'colours of the wind' and 'just around the river bend' but 'savages' and 'steady as the beating drum' are also excellent. One of my top 5 disney films :)

Another Disney classic that's sometimes overlooked
While not our favourite (currently going through princess and unicorn phase) this Disney story has wonderful music and cute little characters. Not the happy ever after ending like most Disney stories but we still enjoyed an afternoon watching it. Showcases an independent female lead who defies Tribal expectations and follows her own path. A positive aspect of female characterization and well worth watching. Probably suited to older children.

One of my Favourite movies as children
One of my favourite movies as children now shared with my children. Pocahontas was made when I was made so it’s great to show what movies where like around that time too. And even better is that it is anywhere my Amazon account is too so it can be watched on the move. 🚗
