Wow!!! Amazing salt. It’s has over 90 minerals so have. A great health benefit. I started using it when I heard Dr Barbara’s O Neille talk about the health benefits of this great salt. So I put a pinch of it under my tongue in morning and I always feel so much better and stronger. I totally love it. I would 100% recommend this product especially if you always feel tired. Try it and see if it helps with your tiredness. It really helps me a lot. Love it❤️

I read about the suggested benefits of using Celtic salt compared to commercial table salt so purchased this fine ground bag. It has a slight colour compared to commercial white table salt, and the grains are slightly coarser than shop purchased white table salt, so may not work in pots with very small shaking holes. I re used an empty cardboard salt container with rotating plastic lid, as the shaking holes were slightly bigger. I would say that on food, or in cooking, there is a slight improved flavour, and because of that I don't need to put as much on or in the food. Because its more natural, less processed, and I feel it adds better taste with less salt, I will stick with this.

It was the mineral content of this Celtic Sea Salt that first persuaded me to buy it. At first I wondered if I had been unwise paying the price asked for quite a small amount of salt. I use it sparingly on salads and certain cooked foods (like eggs) rather than when boiling. I can honestly say that I feel it is far superior to other salts when using it that way, and it also means that a small amount goes a long way.

Celtic Sea Salt is the best salt one can use, full of minerals, unlike the other ionised salt. Highly recommend. In my opinion it tastes much better.

title says 8lbs, description says 8 oz...i bought this item thinking i was getting 8lbs.....very sad to see it was actually 8 oz... please fix.
